What is the point of exporting data from COMSOL to Excel to plot a graph, while COMSOL has an excelleng tool for graphing, much better than Excel.

You are not correct. There are far better plotting and analysis tool. And don't get struck with excel. It is an example. You can save as .csv and import in any data analysis software you wish.
