Never connect earthing pin to heatsink. It can damage 2030 ic. Because earthing pin provide 0 voltage, while heatsink isn't isolated to the ic, that provide -15 voltage, because of full bridge rectifier. If you connect earthing pin to heatsink, that means you shots the 0 volt and -15 volt together. That's cause serious damage, it can blow up the IC even the Transform.

Ab sound output play hota hai but 2 minute mein kharkhar chalu ho jati hai jiske wajah se gana samjh me nahi aata Aur replace kiya 2030 IC bahut garam hota hai. Subwoofer continuity okay hai par main board me se nahi chal pata hai. Kya problem ho sakti hai ?

Nice video and very informative. I have one problem with my Intex it 2000 woofer 2.1 ch. After replacing one ic 2030 when I connect input sound is very low after it sets on full volume but sound is on lower side. I still not rectified problem. Please help
