I have to try these ideas, especially the ones where you add drops of coffee or ink onto the wet papers. I can’t tell you how many things I could “see” in the patterns the drops made! It really sparked my interest in dyeing paper again, thank you for sharing, Barbara!

I love the masking tape that you added drops to the wet coffee dye and let it run. It looks like a marbled effect. Just beautiful. You are not the only one that loves watching the ink run. I do too.

Oh good fun I love the crumpled up ones the best... Love the dripping too on the ones you painted... Love the colour but couldn't stand the coffee smell I'm afraid... So B has said she will do some for me... Yay!!! ❤️❤️ The grid tape we use it to cover the seams on the plasterboard walls (I believe it's called drywall in the US) 🌷🌷❤️❤️😁😁😁

Love the ink splashes😍 they look like fossils or bark. Your method with the sponge brush is something I will definitely try and instead of ink I will try watercolor, just because I don’t have sepia colored ink. Oooohhhh I can’t wait to start experimenting either. Thank you for the inspiration 🥰

I'm going to try tea dying. I usually do tea, but I like the color you achieved. I don't know why but I really enjoy dyeing paper. You never know what you are going to get. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

I love your methods. They are nice. Your tapes turned out good. The dark crumpled ink stained one are awesome !!!
I've used a mixture of instant coffee and instant tea that I loved the color of. I used cotton applicants too. I saturated it and used it over and over on my papers till no more Mark's showed up on the next papers. I also did the same with pieces of lace and cutouts from my punches. The snowflake/ flower center one was really nice !
