Had purchased Balzano High speed Nutri Blender/1200Watts for 6,400/Rs in Nov 2021. It stopped working in October 2022. Had to send it to Pune for repair. Paid one side courier charges 350/ Rs + service charges + Spare part charges 1,299/ Rs for blade. The first blade warranty was six months and the new blade had only 3 months warranty. I received the repaired product after a month. In June 2024 it again stopped working. This time I didn’t want to send it for repair. I want to just dump it and find another option. Please help if you know of any better alternatives available in India.
I have been using kuvings since May 2024 and It is unable to even grind soaked nuts properly. Along with this everything gets deposited under the rubber ring around the grinding blades which cannot be cleaned without removing that ring with a sharp object. Otherwise it starts stinking badly. After few times the rubber gets loose and now its an impossible task of cleaning the rubber ring after every use. Please do not recommend Kuvings
