I had a '73 Nova 350 for ten years. It was exactly like this except it was painted a Corvette "Spectra-Red" Code-75... I mean It actually changed colors in different lighting! And mine had custom dual-exausts coming straight out the rear(under), bumper...This is a beautiful '73 Nova SS!!!!
I had the exact same car with the big white "surfboard stripe" on the sides and a 3-speed manual on the floor. Not a barn-burner but pretty good mid-range acceleration once that Quadrajet decided to open up.
Hi I’m 17 years old and just got my license but have been looking into cars for a while. I’ve always been in love with classic muscle cars but a lot of them are extremely expensive. My dad has a 70 Monte Carlo and I wanted to possibly get a 63 nova as a first car especially since my dad is into working on older cars and has knowledge about how to work on them. I know you feature many different cars on your Channel and I just wanted to get your opinion as to whether a car like this would be a bad idea for a first car. Also would this be a car that really would break the bank to maintain Really appreciate and love the video
The_OG _CornMan from one car lover to another I think a Chevy nova is a excellent choice. They are pretty easy to work on and you can get parts easily. With that said cars can be money pits. Good luck buddy!
@@goneplatinumpaintlessdentr3102 we threw a 454 with 4speed automatic from the 70s-80ish i think it was in ours. Bout as big as you can go without reinforcing the rear end.(ripped it clean off)

My first car was a 73 Nova SS. 350 small block with automatic transmission. Yours is much nicer, of course!
That’s what Chevy should’ve done engine option wise. Offer the L-82 250 horsepower 350 V8
I had one, lasted about a month, got in accident,, it was red with black racing stripe, 4 on the floor, very quick
