We can only wonder how it would've gone down if OoS was released in the US. Wonder if the US scene would take a liking to Matt's voice though, as everything at the time seemed to be about screams and growls.

These years were amazing for them, as much as I wish we could bring them back it's impossible, matt's gotten older now and is more settled which isnt necessarily a bad thing. All in all there will never be another band like Muse was back in the day.

Rebel Block The record company apparently kicked off big time about Micro Cuts and wanted it off the album. Muse gave them the two fingers
I don't think they'd have ever outdone any of these big 3 bands but they might have been among them for sure
