DISASTER RECIPE -- The person is blowing compressed air with Airfilter and engine clutch case removed (may be some spark plugs out). The pressure of air causes the settled dust particles to directly enter the throttle body assembly, cylinder head assembly and combustion chamber. These are the areas where engine oil have little or does not have access to. HOPE that no sand particle entered these areas. SAND being silicon dioxide (quartz or topaz) is the third hardest mater on earth after Diamond and corundum. Engine components are no match for its hardness. If any sand gets between engines moving or reciprocating parts the game is over.
Atleast the mechanics should have blocked the passages with cloth or paper before blowing. Mechanics (even most service center employed) are just worn part replacers and are generally not well educated to take a preventative guess which usually causes more damage than if left alone.
Icing on the cake -- Reusing burnt oil with worn out clutch particles in it.
Also a doubt, usually when replacing clutch plates they are soaked in oil right. I didn't see them soaking it in oil for sometime before replacing it.

Copper plugs r very gud at transferring heat ...
So always use copper plugs
