焗蠔蛋Baked Oyster Egg
材料有蠔大半碗,, 油條, 雞蛋三隻, 陳皮, 蒜蓉粒, 薑粒, 唐芹葉The ingredients are half a bowl of oysters, fried dough sticks, three eggs, dried tangerine peel, minced garlic, ginger, and celery leaves
這個是急凍的蠔, 解凍之後要清洗乾淨These are frozen oysters, clean them after defrost
用鹽一茶匙, 豆粉一茶匙, 清潔蠔的表面Use a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of soy flour to clean the surface of the oyster
然後再用清水沖洗三次Then rinse three times with clean water
就會去除所有沙泥和污垢will remove all sand and dirt
煮一鍋熱水, 加鹽一茶匙, 薑一片Boil a pot of hot water, add a teaspoon of salt and a piece of ginger
把蠔放進鍋裏, 煮兩至三分鐘Put the oysters in the pot and cook for two to three minutes
然後加入紹興酒1湯匙Then add 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine

醃蠔To marinate oysters
用胡椒粉半茶匙, 五香粉半茶匙, 黑胡椒半茶匙, 紹興酒兩茶匙Half teaspoon of pepper, half teaspoon of five spice powder, half teaspoon of black pepper, two teaspoons of Shaoxing wine
然後攪勻then mix well
用少許油, 炒薑粒和蒜蓉粒With a little oil, fry ginger and minced garlic
放入蠔, 一起炒Add oysters and fry together

用保鮮紙把餐碟包裹Wrap the plate with cling paper
然後用熱水蒸八分鐘Then steam it in hot water for eight minutes
蒸好之後, 在油條的表面噴一些油After steaming, spray some oil on the surface of the fried dough sticks
我用的是橄欖油I used olive oil
然後放入焗爐, 200度 C焗8分鐘Then put it in the oven, 200 degrees C for 8 minutes
不同的焗爐會產生不同的溫度Different ovens produce different temperatures/heat
你需要觀察, 直至油條表面有少許燒焦便可以You need to observe until the fried dough sticks are slightly burnt on the surface
外面脆卜卜, 裏面香噴噴Crispy on the outside, fragrant on the inside
大功告成 ! You're done ! Yummy !
