Three Years of Progress Against HIV/AIDS in the Ugandan Military

The Department of Defense HIV/AIDS Prevention Program Uganda (DoD Uganda URC Project) - implemented by URC - is strengthening HIV services and reducing transmission among military personnel and civilian communities served by the 40 military-run health facilities operated by the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF), 31 of which provide antiretroviral therapy.
