What I Use to Help Clear Congestion When Mila has Allergies or a Cold

Mila is a french bulldog, so already has challenges with breathing, but she also has seasonal allergies and recently got a cold! She was so congested that I had to do something. I share exactly what I did that really helped to clear her congestion and give her some relief so she could breathe better.
