You should do the reverse. What is the quickest way to get back to your hotel when the park closes and everyone leaves? What’s the fastest way to get from TTC to Magic Kingdom?
Melissa totally got in the wrong line at CB hub on the second run. She got in the epcot line, which is long at that time since it opens at 11ish. The HS line is very short at that time since it has been open for over an hour. You can see the cast member holding the end of the line sign and it says Epcot! Love you guys!
Very informative. Would like to see this done from animal kingdom lodge. Even maybe if it wood be quicker to take transportation to another hotel , like that offers boats to magic kingdom. Or take Lyft to another hotel on first leg or is hotel to hotel buses an option ( for same purpose). From pop century I took skyliner to hotel from Epcot at 10:30pm and at 11. Wait was15 minutes. Now, I was in ecv which after 10 minutes the separated ecv’s from the main line. But this was very helpful. For reference purposes I was at WDW 2 weeks ago.
This is a great topic for a series of videos, because we all try to figure out what is the quickest way to get somewhere or get back, so this is super useful. Love the videos where there are more allears staff involved they are always fun
My rule of thumb with the Boardwalk is if the boat is at or near the dock it is probably just as fast as walking. If you can't see the boat, walking is faster. I saved my Skyliner rides for afternoon breaks. No waits at all getting on.
That whole walking trail from Epcot through the Boardwalk area and then on to Hollywood Studios is fantastic. Great if you're like me and would rather walk than wait.
Thank you!! This is now the second video you have given us in the last month that is a literal scenario I have talked about and wanted to know. I think my spirt animal is ALL EARS! You guys are the best!!
This is an awesome experiment and very informative! We love using the Disney boat transportation, even if it isn't as fast as others as it's just so pleasant and the scenery is so lovely.
Would love to see a bus vs skyline from Pop Century/ Art of Animation. We are making our first visit this fall and we have a group member who is scared of the skyline and wondering if it's better than a bus.
@Blue_Eyed_Fairy You should confirm but I think they stopped having buses to/from Hollywood Studios and EPCOT from Pop Century / Art of Animation because they have the skyliner now.
I can tell you from personal experience the busses from Art of Animation are much quicker to Hollywood Studios than the skyliner. In January it took us 10-15 minutes to get to Hollywood Studios from Art of Animation on the bus first thing in the morning.
A lot of people are surprised how crazy busy the skyliner hub is in the mornings and at closing. It can really get you stuck, but that Joffrey's is magical
Would love to have a video where if there are huge backups or problems with a certain form of transportation then what are the other alternatives to take in that moment instead of waiting in line. Like the transportation hacks of Disney World.
I’d love to see you guys getting to each of the parks and Disney Springs from Coronado Springs! I am aware there is only bus so would be interesting to see if direct busses or changing at places are best for timings and ease etc! Xx
I would love to see you guys do a video similar to this one.I would love to see how fast you can get into the Disney parks if your not staying on Disney property an what’s the quickest route ,what time to leave ,should you do breakfast first ?
You 3 are GR8! Thank you for doing all the “ Leg” work, literally. MOI, the boat seems the best choice bc it’s the most relaxing quickest way without too much sweat equity. You’ll be on your feet ALL day so why add 15-20 min of walking in the heat b-4 park entry & or standing for 50 minutes on a tram lines, you’ll be standing on lines all day! Sit on a boat & relax before entering the park.
This video was so interesting and fun to watch. I really enjoy these three so a video with them together was great. Molly and Breedlove are walking Disney encyclopedias.
I do wonder if post-COVID restrictions (where only one party per gondola can board) is gone if you’ll still get the same result. Once more than one party can board per gondola and we’re probably not going to have a bottleneck (or as bad) at the Caribbean Beach Resort hub. They can fit up to five couples or roughly two families at a time. Now we have to board those separately and that quickly builds a line. It’s like when Disney started sitting every row again on certain rides.
Woot! excited to watch this one. We would love to see a video on ride shares for rope drop, and also skyliner from carribean beach since you don’t have another hub to meet up with.
This is another fabulous idea! I hope you make this into a new series! We all question things like which direction to start in a park and which form of transportation to take and I am beyond thankful that you think of our struggles and not only give us valuable vacation planning information but also to keep us thoroughly entertained by the amazing All Ears crew at their finest as always! I love you All Ears!!!
A video with tips about taking your own car to the parks and park hopping and such would be amazing! Should I drive to every park or take Disney transportation while hopping? I'd love to know :)
I tried to get to Epcot from Hollywood studios around 9pm two nights ago and they had to send an extra bus for us and it took at least 30 min which killed our time at Epcot before closing so I would say don’t take the buses toward closing lol
I didn't even realize that the 🚡 came in clear! I thought they all had the character wraps. We're doing a multigenerational trip in October, and suddenly I regret accepting my husband's dare to ride the Skyliner. *gulp*
I'm scared of heights also but I had no problem with the Skyliner while I was there last Fall. I just don't look at the ground. I looked up or at the scenery ahead of us.
You guys should do a park touring plan experiment-either low-key and no zig-zagging across the park VS. chasing low wait times. Track rides, wait times, & steps. Include a quick service lunch and snack for each.
That was fun and informative, thanks guys! I love the boats around WDW and enjoy taking them for a different view, have never ridden the Skyliner because every time I tried it was down, my preferred way to get around is to always walk to be able to see so many small details I would miss any other way.
We stayed at Yacht Club in 2016 and really liked being able to walk to DHS and Epcot. We used the boats a couple times for DHS and learned on one trip that they won’t let people on or off if there is lightning in the area, so you could be stuck awhile. We haven’t been to WDW since the gondola system was put in. I’m a bit leery of it for the same reason I try to avoid the monorail - if it gets stuck, it could be awhile before you get going, and until you do you’re 20 feet in the air under the Florida sun (no AC on the gondolas I think). That might not happen very often, but it could have a big impact, especially if you’re trying to get to a reservation. I’d be more inclined to use them for the return trip since time doesn’t matter as much, and it can be a nice way to relax after a long day of walking.
Walking may be the fastest, but if you’re trying to drag someone under 13 it’s not worth it lol (my nine year old sister was DONE by the time we got to Hollywood studios lol)
That's a tough one for me as a kid. I have flat feet so walking is particularly tiresome, but I feel as a kid I would've chosen walking over waiting for transportation most times (then again as a kid, I was also incredibly afraid of heights, so skyliner would've been out anyway 🤣).
Great Job with this video!!! look forward to the series on this from other Hotels...You really got the pulse of the people on this one...tons of interest
Would also really love a video series on how to do the parks with certain age groups but specifically more geared to ages 0-10. All the other videos on how to have the best day in each park are amazing. Like what would you make a priority if you had smaller children, for each park.
This was a terrific video and for the first time we got to meet Melizza and she is adorable (I’ve only seen her read comments of others before). My wife and I stayed at POP Century in December 2019 and the Skyliner was awesome! The current length of the lines is a direct result of Covid restrictions (first world problems). In a few months the lines will shorten considerably. Keep up the great work AllEars!
Great video, maybe next time also include the busses. I recall Molly stating it was the fast route from TTC to MK main entrance. But also thought it could be very long journey when park hopping.
I always walk between Hollywood and Epcot when I’m visiting the properties whether I’m staying around there or not. It’s a beautiful walk. I don’t like waiting in line and I’m afraid of heights
Staying at pop century mid August. The only choice we will have are the skyway or bus. I would love to see the timing to Epcot and Hollywood studios using both forms of transportation.
Great concept, do more videos like this one. It helps us learn our way around Disney World, and gets us more familiar with the different transportations available to us.
Molly! I love that you talk to animals ...Told that bird you loved his plumage!! I totally converse with wildlife as well so this really made me laugh 😄
This was so helpful! Would love you to do Epcot rope drop from International Gateway. Curious as to which rides are best to run to in the morning from there.
Oh wow! Thank you so much for this video! My hubby and I will stay at the Yacht club this December and I was thinking exactly this: what is the best way to get to Disney Hollywood :)
I’m curious to know how long it takes to ride the Skyliner from Pop Century in the AM before park open to Hollywood Studios! Hoping to do this next year on my June trip 😬🙏🏻
The Skyliner will be a lot more efficient when things are back to normal and those lines should be a LOT shorter. If they're only averaging 2-4 people per cabin, that's only 20-40% of capacity. Getting back to 8-10 people per cabin will go a long way.
@@steerr the skyliner is usually my preferred method during normal times. And I usually stay at Caribbean Beach because of this. The wait time is only bad first thing in the morning. I rarely remember the line going significantly beyond the Joffrey's coffee shack even in the morning.
Great idea guys !!! I have always wondered how the travel times work with the different WDW transportation options and it is crazy to see how the one thing that most people HATE to do (walking), is actually the quickest option in this resort test. And I can say this cuz I am the first one that does not want to walk anywhere...... At least I thought this way until a cold morning one day I walked from Contemporary to Magic Kingdom, and it was so quick, easy, and relaxing. But then again, everything is WDW is beautiful & relaxing.....
Walking or the boat is the way to go from the Beach Club! I always stay at the Beach Club ⛱ and that's the way we go to Hollywood Studios! Great video guys very helpful! I 👍🤗😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👏🥰
I'd love a video on getting to Magic Kingdom when staying off-site. I heard eating breakfast at a resort hotel is best, would love more info on that! We parked at the transportation lot (in first 20 cars into parking lot) and took the boat and by the time we got to Magic Kingdom there were already long lines.
We’re staying at Pop Century later this summer. Curious is it would be faster on bus than the sky liner even though the buses are more limited from the sky-liner resorts.
The Skyliner "loop" at the main hub is nuts. In two pre-Covid trips we never waited more than 10 minutes (usually a couple) and that included a post Fantasmic crowd.
This was great! We are staying at the Boardwalk for the first time and I assumed walking would be the fastest but the boat might be a great option if we don't want to walk before we walk all day...
When we stayed at Pop last month (very busy time during Spring Break), they weren’t even running buses to HS or EP. There were signs at the bus stops that said “Take the Skyliner.” Was kinda disappointed.
I just used the sky liner to get to Hollywood studios this past Sunday first thing in the morning from pop century and we were able to walk right on to both gondolas without any wait time! Guess the skyliner is just hit or miss.
Shocked at the wait for Skyliner! Would love to see you do a video on bus and car transportation as well. Especially from Pop Century/Art of Animation.
Really enjoyed this. I look forward to any of these that you come up with, but would definitely be curious about TTC to Magic Kingdom: Ferry vs Monorail vs Bus.
Love this! I would love to see one from Fort Wilderness to HS, Epcot or AK using a car, bus and Uber/Lyft. Transportation from FW can be a challenge, so this would be great! Art of Animation and/or Pop Century to HS or Epcot would be great as well since you are paying a premium for them to be on the Skyliner route. Maybe using the bus, Skyliner and Uber/Lyft or Car. What would your guess be on the time impact of only loading one party at at time on the Skyliner? I would have to think it makes a very big difference.
Definitely curious what it’s like getting to the parks from Caribbean Beach Resort. The Skyliner seems like such a reason to stay at that resort, but maybe not with those lines?
I love the boats too! They are so relaxing and fun. And bonus that they are close to the walking time. I have experienced the skyliner bottlenecks so that timing was not a surprise. I still love the view from the skyliner thou.
Excellent video! I’d definitely do a mix of walking/boats if I stayed at Epcot Deluxes. That Skyliner wait reinforces me to either get there around 6:45 am (not 🙃 kidding) w/breakie & Joffrey’s (from coffemaker in room, not the kiosk, lol) in hand or just get a Lyft from CBR to get to EP or DHS early.
This was a great video! I didn't expect the Skyliner to be so long, and even though walking was the fastest, I'll be taking the boat! The ride is just so pretty and relaxing.
You should do the reverse. What is the quickest way to get back to your hotel when the park closes and everyone leaves? What’s the fastest way to get from TTC to Magic Kingdom?

Please do a video about the ways you can get from the Epcot area resorts to Magic Kingdomn
Pretty sure the only options are bus or Lyft.
@@jeffhuffman0000001 But you need a Park Hopper for that??
I’d love to see more of these for transportation! Very helpful, thanks guys!
Really enjoyed this. I look forward to any of these that you come up with, but would definitely be curious about TTC to Magic Kingdom: Ferry vs Monorail vs Bus.
I love this episode. I've always wondered which was quickest.
You'll have to redo this once the Skyliners can have more than one party loaded.
I’m staying at Boardwalk Inn soon. Thanks for letting me know I should walk to Hollywood Studios! The skyliner would have been my first choice!!
Loved this video! I second, third, whatever to do this from all the hotels but especially the Art of Animation.
Definitely curious what it’s like getting to the parks from Caribbean Beach Resort. The Skyliner seems like such a reason to stay at that resort, but maybe not with those lines?
Lines for Skyliner will disappear when Covid restrictions are eased and they fill the cabins vs one group per cabin.
I love the boats too! They are so relaxing and fun. And bonus that they are close to the walking time. I have experienced the skyliner bottlenecks so that timing was not a surprise. I still love the view from the skyliner thou.
Love Breedlove’s matching mask and cap! Fancy!!
Great video! Would you say the shortest travel time from Riviera to HS might be to take the skyliner to Epcot then walk over to Hollywood Studios???
10:17 WHOA!
Great video! I’m not so excited about taking the skyliner after seeing the long lines Melizza had to deal with. 😵💫👎
