Recipe
Chicken Ginger Karahi:
Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken
1/2 cup oil
2 1/2 half piece of ginger sliced thin
- fry it in the oil and dont change the colour of it-
- add chicken after 1 minute -
3/4 tbsp salt
- cook on high flame till all water is dried -
4 large tomatoes sliced
- cook for 5-8 minutes -
1/2 tsp black pepper
8-10 chillies
80 g unsalted butter
Add corriander for garnish
