Dear Sir, We have useless rules for the common man which is giving strength to politicians. There is literally no use in blaming them. Earlier there were no proper forums where politically conscious middle class people could discuss such issues. Now there are lot of online forums where such rules could be discussed. One of such rules is NOTA which is as good as not voting which is still useful to corrupt candidates!!! NOTA requires an amendment which gives power to the voters to reject all the candidates if NOTA votes cross certain percentage and shall result in re-election. This will definitely force the Political parties to put good candidates. These laws cannot be expected in UPA/Congress rule. But now atleast this could be discussed over many forums with the experts in many fields. My suggestion to you to please discuss this topic in this forum. Let this debate be initiated or carry forwarded from your end.
