A relaxing Sunday in my life | Trying exercise machines and smelling sunflowers

Hey there everyone!
It's good to see ya again:)
Thankyou for over 100 subscribers!! Although that might seem like not very much, it is quite crazy to me!
Nowadays I find it very difficult to really slow down and relax, but a couple of weekends ago I decided to make time to do just that.
No phone or internet, just my bike, my camera, my bag, and myself.
Often my mind becomes overwhelmed with everything that is going on, and if I don't set aside time just for myself, to be still, the stress undoubtedly builds up -and we don't want that, do we?
I encourage you to go outside, without your phone, to just look around and notice everything around you. Take a lot of deep breaths. Find little things to smile about. Stop and smell the flowers.
The internet will be there when you get back, but you need to give yourself space for a while.
