I had this one!
In the 00s I couldn’t afford an Xbox/PS2/GC so instead I bought a £20 Dreamcast and a bunch of cheap secondhand games. Sega Rally 2 was a lot of fun but I only really enjoyed it at a casual arcadey level rather than being any good at the more challenging parts…

That ten year championship was a huge amount of game at the time, but just the arcade was still great

@ i ended up playing it for a couple of hours on the 10 years championship mode and really really enjoyed it ……….well apart from those snow courses lol ….but yep its not as bad as i thought it was if that makes sense

are you running on an emulator???
I recently started playing sr2 again after a 20 year lay off and the frame rate is horrific through my vgabox (even using the code to remove scenery).

Yes, it’s in redream, but I don’t think it does anything to the frame rate 🤔

@ I use in-car view and I swear the frame rate goes into that stutter mode more often than third person view.
Does not make those timings any easier 🫤
