I haven’t tried yet. I imagine it’s packed to capacity with the 50% off bods plus the Ea$ter Egg$. But I have a premium account and I should be able to get in with a hammer HUD. Just have to be patient.
Looking forward to checking out this event. I just wanted to say thanks for all your awesome content. I am newly returned to SL after a many year absence. I started playing in 2006, quit a few years later and am now back. Lots of things remain the same, but so much has also changed, specially in the avatar customization area. Your videos have been very helpful with learning about Bento, Mesh, Heads, Bodies, Skins, etc. Though I still struggle with a few things, I am beginning to get a handle on how all these things work these days. The only real problem I still have is with third party eyebrows. I have a Lelutka EvoX head, and am having problems finding brows that work with it. Maybe it's just that there aren't a lot of brows for the EvoX head yet? Anyway, looking forward to your future content.
Thank you! We went on a similar journey because I only rejoined SL a year ago and I didn't understand anything! Glad my videos have been helpful. I've actually got a whole section about eyebrows in my "How to build & customize your avatar" video at 7:55 th-cam.com/video/6ax3_07PmPU/w-d-xo.html . I'd recommend buying HD brows because they're more versatile and you can adjust them via the Lelutka hud - check out Eaglelux, Volkstone and Clever Language (make sure it says "HD brows"). There are also some EvoX ones but you can't do much with them in terms of repositioning on the face

Is there a major difference between the athletic and the special edition male body? I tried both on and could barely tell. Just a little change in the shoulders.
Athletic has a slightly more leaner and shaped look - you can usually tell around the arms - they're a bit more curved. One thing to bear in mind is that Athletic does not have a Developer kit so some creators struggle with getting the rigging correct (particularly underwear). However Athletic looks slightly better in my opinion.
@@BostonB Hmm. I did seem to gravitate more toward athletic. I'm thinking that'll be the one I grab when I can get into the sim. Thanks for your input!

Thanks for the feedback! I've realised that the audio levels sound different on my device compared to others so I'll be sure to lower them in future :)
Bro, please get a pop filter and screen, as well as get software to EQ your mic. Your highs are off the charts and literally deafening. Every "S" and "T" sound hurts my ears. Was looking at one of your older videos about SL performance and that was 2 years ago. Checked this video to see if you fixed your mic, but to no surprise you didn't. Voicemeeter is free and allows you to get rid of the highs I'm talking about. I use voicemeeter for my EQ through USB microphones, otherwise I use a mixer when at a studio or live show.
Thanks for the advice man. I'll look into that. I've got a pop filter and I use Adobe Audition but I probably need to adjust the settings. I've never noticed it before so I appreciate the feedback!
@@BostonB You're welcome. It helps to have someone assist with doing an EQ so if you need help just let me know. I just helped a few people EQ their microphones and now their voice is crisp, clear, and gives them a professional sound. Voicemeeter can also take a crappy gaming headset mic and make it sound more like a studio mic (not as good, but petty close)
