Glad I watched this before attempting to do it myself. Your video made it way easier for me to fly through the whole process

those slotted rotors are directional the slots need to run in the right direction you did a good job the amerian mechanics would be having heart attacks they use torque wrenches on everything the would be tearing there hair out nothing wrong with the way you did it

Been a couple of years now. How are the T3s and pads going? How has braking been? Rotors wearing ok?

Thats was a rotor replacement?. Waiting for the pads replacement. Clips, springs? How do you compress it?

Sorry mate, I didn't really go into that. I leave the old pad in the caliper and just use a g-clamp to compress the piston.

Did you have to reset your traction control? Mine has been coming on after changing the pads

How were the brake shoes on the rear? Doing my front wondering if they will need to be done as well. Cheers

They were definately worn but still servicable. I ended up changing the shoes anyway as I had a spare set sitting there and had the drums machined as well.

Exact same DBAparts I will use on my MY18 Dmax after looking into replacements when required. How have you found brake operation? I have a 3.2T heavy tourer with GVM upgrade.

Really good. Responsive and if I put my foot down hard on the Pedel it stops on a dime👍. Haven't had it off-road yet to test how they go with constant braking as that is how I cooked my old ones.

Should use liberal amounts of lube on those anti seize clips . They are what stop your pads from locking up and chattering .
