- In this video Ustadh Nouman focuses on the first two ayat of Surah Al-Bayyinah, which he says have been the subject of many different interpretations. Here, he delves into the meanings of two key words: "munfakkeen", which denotes "getting separated", and "al-bayyinah" (The Quran) which means "that which provides clear evidence." In his interpretation, Ustadh concludes that these ayat refer to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) himself, and how his credibility in his community and his honesty, combined with the delivery of this purified scripture, transformed Mecca (and the world) separating those who are truly and genuinely faithful, from those who disbelieve. This separation took place in this world and will continue in the afterlife.
surat AL bayyinah was always one of my favorite surahs in the quran....it gave me a hard time as a kid to memorize it but regardless, it's still my favorite and bayyinah TV has opened my eyes and gave me the opportunity to learn Islam in the most loving, holistic and simple way of understanding the ayat of Allah without confusing Islam with culture and gave me the clearance/separation i needed for the most things i was confused about for the most part of my life...
May Allah bless ustaz Nouman Ali khan his family, and the entire bayyinah Institute crew... make duas for our dear ustaz in sha Allah ...may Allah accept it from us in this blessed last ten nights of Ramadan ...Ameen

Finally I have understood this surah after listening beautiful explanation from ustad nouman Ali Khan.
Allahu Akbar! This is great and the explanation of this surah itself made me appreciate the Quran. May Allah bless our teacher Nouman Ali Khan for helping us understand the Quran.

what i wonder is that while you can reach like ten times as many people if you could just undertake translating these lectures in different languages,
why would not u do that? for sure many people cannot watch them as they are in englishh
I think it may be because of time constraints so someone else has to do it.
As far as I know, Nouman Ali Khan's lectures are already translated into many different languages, but, not sure, if these particular lectures have been yet. Hopefully, people will get to it, too

Or it could be that he couldn't convince many people after trying for years in Mecca, and it was only after being driven away to Medina and building up an army as warlord through promising war booty, sex slaves and houris in paradise that he could then intimidate others there by slaughtering people who defied him.
People suddenly then understood his 'message' of blood and decided to save their own skins by outwardly agreeing with him and so 'separating' from previous loyalties.
Like how the Mafia works.
This also explains why so many tribes 'apostasised' straight after he died, because the savage warlord was gone, which forced his successors to initiate the Ridda (or Apostasy) Wars.
A religion founded upon hacking into human flesh to enforce 'submission'.
So "peaceful'.
So 'tolerant'.
