Exactly! I remember because I was at the Germany vs Algeria game, Neuer sprinted off his line too fast and went past the ball, but was able to keep the same pace with the winger for Algeria already running, and was able to kick out the ball! He's obviously decently fast, but since he's a goalkeeper FIFA just give him bad stats. That's like David Alaba, arguably one of the best shooters as a defender due to amazing free kicks and left-footed rockets ​only has like 71 or 72 shooting. Just cause he's a defender doesn't mean he's useless lol
