As someone who's gone a month on just juice, my body didn't afjust until a week i. Started actually seeing benefits after 2 weeks. Most people have no idea how terrible we all eat. I shed stuff from me that was GROSS, but by day 30 I could have gone another 30. Loved watching your experience! Your voice is so calming and pretty!
@@Kylaaaaaa_duh Thank you! I was inspired by a girl who did 365 days. I felt light and needed much less to feel energized. I never get sick now. I can operate on less sleep. My mind feels sharper. It's easier to meditate. I did lose some weight, and I felt like it was natural. Once I came off of that, I felt compelled to minimize my animal consumption. It felt like consuming fear had a tangible impact on my mood. I felt anxiety for no reason and depressed for no reason. Once I just had the mindset of "40 while food plants a week", my life ultimately felt closer to design. I workout harder and longer with less fatigue. I drink and feel perfectly fine the next day. My health biomarkers have improved. When I visited PR last month (which is how I found your page), I was running up the hills in the rain forest near San Juan for like an hour fresh off of waking up. No food. Nothing. And I felt like a superhero. If you're ever back btw and you want acai, I loved the place near the forrest. It's like the only vegan place there, and funny enough the lady who served me the bowl had a NY shirt on (which is where I'm from).
