Probably my favourite version of this song. It sends tingles down my spine just as he repeats the unreachable star. 💫
always believed that the elvis version was the best but the melody and the lyrics fit the song for it to be slower best version sing with such passion

Its got me also, I can not believe this bloke did not win, I have listen to all his performances and Leon. Absolutely no comparison , The British people must be deaf, with respect to people that did vote for rhydian. This bloke has the voice

A great song, performed by some of the very best voices around - Presley, Sinatra, Vandross and many, many others. But you know, I've listened to them all and THIS is THE best version of the song EVER!! Well done Rhydian!

I love Heavy Metal, Death Metal, Electronic and Jazz... but damn! Rhydian is easily one of the best singers I’ve ever heard. This gives me chills every single time I listen to it. What a brilliant performance! I remember watching the X Factor back in 2007, Rhydian was the best I’d ever heard on there. He should have won! He has a wonderful voice and his 2008 album still brings me many emotions when ever I listen to it. It always lifts my spirits up. Great man & a great singer!

my friend works for BT and what he told me was 1 of Rydians machines that record the votes was down
Leon Jackson had 3 machines taking the vote
Rhydian had 2 machines because 1 was down.
there was only 1% margin
leon had 51% of the votes
rhydian had 49% of the votes.
i voted that night and it was impossible to register a vote for rhydian .
Leon didn't deserve to win xfactor the true winner was rhydian.
Rhydian is too good for the X Factor.
ITV said that the lines were flooded and many people couldn't get through. They also said that Leon got 55% and Rhydian got 45% of the vote. A subsequent Ofcom investigation found that Rhydian Roberts had not been unfairly disadvantaged. I like Rhydian better and he should have won, but please don't make unsubstantiated charges. Leon won because the teenage girls voted for him, because he was cute.

I never liked Rhydian on x factor because I can't stand big headed people and I always thought he seemed too big headed, but man, does he have a voice!!!
I've actually learned that you shouldn't judge someone, and in the end, he did kind of have the right to be so big headed, I mean, If I could sing like that I would probably be big headed too! :)

Why are the english so homophobic,it doesn´t really matter If one can sing whats he doing between the bedsheets,This guy can really sing and will be singing long after a lot of x/factor winners are forgotten.I search for an English version after hearing Harel Skaat in Hebrew which is also amazing ,next to Luther vamdross this is the best English version I found,but the hebrew version tops them all
