Love your cakes and flowers , but I always ask what frosting you use to make such beautiful flowers. You should note the frosting used in each cake. Please
Indeed, the flowers are spectacular, however I believe the buttercream is far too soft. I don't know how they hold onto the cake... I've seen the videos of another cake decorator, and she uses a crusted buttercream. When she makes her flowers, she chills them in the fridge before she places them on the cake.

No one can do what you do Hai. This makes all others pale. I wanted to tell you that your flowers have inspired me to make them from thinned polymer clay. I will use much smaller bags and tips but hopefully I can send you a picture of them. They absolutely will not taste as well as yours and might be a tiny bit as beautiful but I really want to try. I’ll let you know. 🤟🏼🤍
