It is good to know Nepal is trying to implement the new technology. I tested mmWave here in the U.S with pixel 7 pro and averaged speed 3gbps. But it costs lot for mmWave implementation. There are only 2 companies installed AT&T and Verizon. But sub6 is good coverage compare to mmWave (shorter range) but speed is around 400mbps.
