    For an order form that I'm creating. I have a number block that is $50 minimum, but user can type in more. Then, I have checkboxes that open conditional blocks. Each of those blocks have number field as well. Then at the end of the form I have all of the number fields calculate total.
    I don't want to calculate the total value from the conditional blocks unless the user selects the checkbox to unlock that conditional
    For example:
    1st Number field: 50 minimum
    Checkbox A
    Checkbox B
    Checkbox C
    Conditional block - If checkbox A, then show
    Number field (A): 50 minimum
    Conditional block - If checkbox B, then show
    Number field (B): 50 minimum
    Conditional block - If checkbox C, then show
    Number field (C): 50 minimum
    Total: 1st Numberfield + Number Field A (only if checkbox selected, otherwise should be 0) + Number Field B (only if checkbox selected, otherwise should be 0) + Number Field C (only if checkbox selected, otherwise should be 0)
    I have everything set up properly, but I just need help figuring out how to handle the total.

      Figured out a way to do it without the checkboxes. I'm using Switchboxes instead. In the calculated field I can use conditions like if switch A is off then add $0, other wise add NumberfieldA to total. Pretty cool.

    Good morning, I've been going crazy for days to try to get a simple operation done but I can't,
    I would need the user to enter a numerical data, this data must be multiplied by a value within a Custom Post Type ( Within the listing template) and that the result is simply displayed, my main problem is to find the information of the custom post type as a given meta and multiply it by the value entered, could you help me?

      it should be managed with the help of JetFormBuilder
      at the same time, it a bit hard to understand what exactly you need to achieve
      especially the part about entering the data

    I added 3 different calculated fields, each one with one conditional rule, set to appear only if this conditions apply. All good. BUT, only the first calculated field works fine. The other 2 calculated field show up with no math at all. Someone know how to solve this issue?

    Can a value from a calculated field be used inside of a repeater? Basically I need the user to enter values in a form, which will be used in a calculated field. Then I need to use this value to calculate another value but within a repeater field.

    Perfect! How can I calculate a field that receives the manually entered value and that field has a mask? I tried to do it and I couldn't. The currency in reais receives a comma, for example: '100,00', but when adding the mask to the field it does not perform the calculation. From what I saw, it only works with American currency, for example: '100.00' or only with the value '100'. How can I calculate the field with a mask?

    How to Calculate fields , for example,
    I have a select that has 4 options for the user to choose from, the options are
    A) Large Fried Salty,
    B) Big roast salty
    C) Small Fried Salty
    D)Small Roasted Salty...
    and I have 4 selects with conditional logic, if the user chooses item "A" in the select, then a select appears with the flavors that refer to item "A"...
    if he chooses Item "B", the flavors of item B appear... so far so good...
    but how to sum these values in a calculated field only?
    and my select of flavors each option of this select has a corresponding value of each flavor, however in the calculated field I select only one of the select that has flavors.. right?
    this I did, it worked for a select only..
    but how to calculate in a calculated field like this:
    If the user chooses Item A, I want the values to appear when he selects the flavors from the select of flavors A...
    *or* if he chooses select b, the flavors of item b will appear....
    How to make calculations with calculated field "and" or "or"?????

    Is it possible to create a multi-step form that allows you to ask questions to the visitor, and based on their answers, show selected cpts according to the calculation of the form?
    Example: I have a site where I have created a cpt called "Skin Creams" with their respective custom fields.
    Then I have a form where I would like to ask the visitor their age, their skin type, their gender, and other questions. And according to what the user answers I am going to recommend certain cpt products.
    Is it possible to do this with JetEngine and JetFormBuilder?

    • @Crocoblock
      @Crocoblock  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you have many options to choose, then at the current moment, it will be hard to set it up with JetFormbuilder since you will need to use conditional logic and set rules for all possible choises from form fields.

    • @LuisCeladita
      @LuisCeladita ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Crocoblock so, with conditiional logic and set rules can I choose which cpts to show?

    • @Crocoblock
      @Crocoblock  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is another solution instead of using conditional logic. You can use Redirect to page action, add query arguments to the redirect URL prnt.sc/Cz2nSkU53pa5 then query the listing on that static page by query variable.

      This is what similar thing I was trying to do last couple of days. I tried to get the data from their form filed ID and even meta data. But nothings working. It's really important for these users who really wants to design a unique calculated form and that calculated data will be design from elementor. I don't know why they are adding this but yeah found out wpforms offer this but need to do custom code but their pricing no way. So I think need to custom code to fix this.

      @@VictorPietroM Thank you for your answer but how do I save the input to input field ? How do I map it?

    • @VictorPietroM
      @VictorPietroM 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@WhoAmI-nu7kf Hi, with JetFormBuilder you can create a "Calculated Field", in which you can use values from other input to calculate a value.
      For example, if you want to calculate the average of 3 other inputs:
      ((%FIELD::_rating_budget% + %FIELD::_rating_quality% + %FIELD::_rating_durability%) / 3)
      Then you map the "Calculated Field" to the CPT or CCT field you want to save.
