I love his aura, smiling , optimistic and self-aware. I trust and believe that all said is indeed the truth kodwa as people we need to forgive especially those who take accountability.
This chap is very intellegent and we need to do something about judicial system, most people lost their life because Roman Dutch Law failed them.
Themba can you please my own brother yoh he went to jail emcane he come back as a father he did the most yerrrrr growing up seeing him bringing big stuff with a big truck oh my god he's doing the most ekasi looking after the community😢 🙌
Hi, you must send an email to him, there's information on his header
Ngyabonga mina indlela engima hlulele ngakhona
What is your point ? Is there a person in the world who goes to prison young and come out a father? 1,2,3 big truck ekasi looking after community. Mhhhh, you sound like you don't make sure.
Yoo he's so handsome u bhuti💕
lol
This broer needs a good firm to represent him and sue the state. He will be handsomely rewarded. His curse might be his biggest blessing.
Sue them for?
@khulekanindlovu8293 sentencing him for something he ddnt do, creating fake docket and forcing him to something he ddnt do. Oh by the way assault as well
Well he did commit the crime he's just hiding at 6:45 he said he was with people in a wrong place at 12:10 je admits he did hijack a car so he's not fully honest about his story
@@rudzanikharivhe6294 he was guilty though so he wouldn’t get a cent. Maybe ke sue for assault which I doubt he will get wet anything there too
Sue the state for what? The reason he went to prison was because of his involvement in car hijack, kidnap, force victim to withdraw money and still murder her (victim was as old as his mother). What do you not get in his story?
Hey mara this guy looks like a younger version of Menzi Ngubane😉🙂
I enjoyed wandiles interview on agenda network, and I loved this one aswell❤Dankie skeem
This reminds me of why I chose the legal profession and always educate people, my people against such injustices. His story is one of many and if only we could all stand together and fight against such injustices in as much as believers fight for their pastors, trust me our people would not have to go through this. Not everyone is going to come out of this healed and positive as this man, some are brewed into hardcore criminals merely because of how they were mistreated by the justice system
Hey
Can you please help me
Statue limitation on wrongful conviction is 6yrs but i believe this guy has a case against the state.
Lutho usuke usuke usujabulela ukuphuma
I think as South Africans, we need to be educated on what is the correct process to be followed when your son, brother, husband or loved one (even yourself) is facing judicial matters. I'm looking at this case & comparing it to Senzo Meyiwa's especially with the hiring of lawyers etc
Temba please consider 1,5 to 2hrs episodes man.
He believes he's been wronged by the system and it's obviously true but I guess our children needs to learn to mind their association. We can't preach that enough.
Glad Wandile made the best of his stay in jail
Very well put Nompu!
He was an adult, 19ys. All over the world, 18yrs is an adult age
And he wanted the best treatment yet he committed a crime, He must be happy he got a second chance, how much trauma for the person who is a victim? Did he go and treat her the same way he wants to be treated? Hay criminals and wanting to be treated as human beings when they treat others as animals. Mpahhh
I have never seen any of these people coming here and just admitting to the crimes they committed 😪I enjoy this podcast though ❤
This guy is leaving his own lie and believing it, hence he can’t even put his stories in order, u were there, u talking about your family how about the victims family, if u guys only knew nisenzanj while nothi niyophanda, it’s true we have to educate ourselves and have more knowledge about our rights but Uar a criminal period. Imagine u putting a defence mechanism due to race oksalayo u were there mxm
This interview was not well structured or planned, it was all over the place. Wandile had too much information yet the host had no proper approach to the direction of the conversation.
This interview was very insightful and informative…it’s scary how the law system in South Africa is …the fact that he took accountability and went to the police station to turn himself in but still endured what he did was tragic .Being from Durban I know exactly how SOME Indians are toward African people very spiteful ppl
I love how you said SOME in capital letters cause people would have turned you comment into a racial slur, and personally I have had a terrible encounter with a Group of Indian police men and their treatment PERSONALLY made me not like certain Indian areas in Durban
@@lonwabozimu8858 we still have a long way to go as a “Rainbow Nation “ it’s really sad to be honest.
can you please have me on the show as a woman i have a same story to share.
😭😭😭
It took the whole 14 minutes aqale ukungena endabeni. 😢
I'm on 9 and I'm still waiting. You wonder why I'm on comments while I should be watching attentively, and then I found you saying 14. Iyooohhh...
Finally I have being waiting for this interview for so long❤
I love this. guy from Agenda network 😂
Me too😂😂😂akawafuni amandiya nakancane nje 😂
Me too
Same here ngimthandani , masekathi yabo amandiya😅
I can't imagine how horrific it must be to carry so much trauma.
It's a miracle that some people still walk on 2 feet and are functional in societies while carrying such deep scars 😢
Go to Agenda Network 😢nd start his story there
Yhoo.
He has no scars and trauma. The family of a murdered woman is the one that is walking with scars and living with trauma. Your comment is cold and heartless.
@@eugeniamanana9424 Perhaps I missed something? Who did he murder? I'm genuinely confused
@@leratontshingila3692 he was in the group that hijacked, kidnapped, forced victim to give them bank pin code and murdered her. According to him, he walked away and was not of the idea to murder. Very important to note that he was part of the group. According to his own word, his primary job in this act was to drive in the planning of all that I mentioned above.
Lomjita bekafika ngsase Juvenile esidlalela ama beat nam bengsawu mrepha
UBhuti knew ukt he was part of the hijacking crime but wavukwa unembeza uma sebequkula umnini moto.
I'm Inspired By This guy Alot, I Remember On the Postcast With Agenda Network When He Says "Kids Nowdays Are Not Focused And I Most Yama Role Model Engane Zamanje Igebengu"🙌🏽
Exactly wht is happening on Senzo meiywa case.
He knew that they were going to hijack the car
Wena you wanna be smart of the information that is there beacuse thats what he said. What he didnt know is that the grew will kill the lady and that made him to hand himself in. @gladysmkhize4085
I like the Guy from Agenda Network hes a good story teller👊🏼
This interview is incomplete.
The guy is speaking openly kanti nifunani? Personalities are different.
They want to hear stories about 28s ku phela lapho this interview was so informative and insightful
I'm asking myself the same question.....I'm honestly following
Yhazi.
Its just tjat people bajwayele those who join the gangs if you never join the gangs uyababhora
Cha kwaze kwazima kusho ukuthi baningi abafowethu ababoshwelwe amahala noma ubala it's so painful but that guy is so smart 🎉
Uthi bekahlezi e police station Kuma bench ayo confesser, jiki jiki amaphoyisa ayamthola uwatjela ukuthi uya e police station, i don't follow his story
Just go back and listen to him carefully he explained
Wandile was all over the place. His focus was only minimizing his role in the crime and bashing Indians. Skeem didn't drive this conversation well
I got the same impression, he still hasn't taken full responsibility of what he did. Indians are to blame and not himself at all.
I beg to differ. From the very on set and a number of times he admitted his part. He is revealing injustices of the justice system. Until we have uncomfortable conversations we will not resolve injustices. Even a prisoner has rights and should be treated fairly according to the law. Justice is not about emotions, but it is a ethical, philosophical idea that people are to be treated impartially, fairly, properly, and reasonably by the law.
@@FaithMqala of course he admits his part but he is minimizing it, read my post again. I didn't say he denied it
@@gugublake911 i read your post hence i said " several times" meaning he did not minimise his wrongdoing. How many times must he mention it to maximise it?
My view as well, also, his friends allowed him to leave to the police station to report them? Shocking hey
Brother sounds like he doent want to say stuff, why did he come then. maybe he should just go ahead and play us a saxophone
He's making me dizzy nje
he is not a good story teller plus more information it deform your speech
He is trying to hide a lot of what transpired on that day and his direct involvements. He just only wanted to be the Michael Schumacher of the crime scene but then istory a sihlangane Kahle
the signing out song was great 👍🏿 👌🏿 it was out of this world 🌎 🙌 nice once Broo
Bring Mbopha please
Yes makabuye Mbopha
Skeem we are asking for part 2 please this guy is so smart 🎉🎉🎉😊
Smart in what?
@eugeniamanana9424 You are Angry at him huh😂😂😂you want him to suffer for life?? He went to jail and served his punishment for his involvement, why treat him like he's the one that decided to murder the victim.
very🤞🤞
@@eugeniamanana9424 We cannot deny the fact that he is smart just because he went to jail. There are allegedly many jailbirds that are smarter than the police so he is indeed smart bro
Wandile i still feel you can sue so many people involved that here..i respect that you are not removing your part in the whole thing.
Strongs bro keep shinning with that instrument and that beautiful smile God knows your heart #Skeem danko this just added to my list of my favorites il watch this over and over ❤❤❤❤
@SkeemGP, one day kumele ushaye i boardroom session and bring all these guys in a round table and give us SkeemGP overflow over 3 to 4 hours.... @SkeemGP be the first to give us Against The Wall Overflow chief
SKEEM for a second i though MENZI rose from the dead 🤦♀️
I don't believe him, his story is not make sure kuyashayisana n the is a part of staying at police station the whole night, the other thing he handed himself, the other thing was arrested in a taxi hayi hayi
Yhaa nhee
Mft lomuntu uthi on the day of hijacking he had argument with his gang about the victim and threatened them to report the matter to the police, that's why he went to the police station and stayed the whole night and left in the morning, after few days he went from DBN to Eshowe, saw the whole story on newspaper and decided to go back to DBN hand himself in, on his way to police station cops found him by the street and he was arrested.
Go search agenda network usichaza kahle i story sakho lapho, lana ku Skeem GP basishaya ngama zwibela.
Otsotsi bayarobana kwabona klk 😮
Season 2 of Most Wanted Skeem.... The country needs you bhuti
We❤u too My BUTI Wandileeee n you team
This has Meyiwas case vibes on it,😢🤔
Can you please bring blame it on G BACK ! 💫💫💫💫💫
Sesikhona brazo.... phusha we are behind you
Bafo. Don’t let this go unattended. I can help.
This is lesson of bad friend
uqinisile lobhuti esouth africa kubole konke
I don't understand how He wants some kind of a reward from public while He committed the number one crime in south African soil...... an innocent lady was hurt because of his doing but then He want pity from public.... nonsense maaaan
Skeem you rock I must say all your episodes are amazing. Listening to our brothers and sisters relate their stories as sad as they are they all have beautiful endings.
God is our salvation indeed. ❤❤❤❤
Thanks this is very educational and insightful
You want to be sympathetic because of the way he tells the story but reality is he was part of a crew that threw a young women over a bridge! Her family don't care if you were just a driver.
Uyabona lapha ungilethele insizwa engiyikhonze kakhulu, kudala ngiyilandela n futhi iyakwazi ukubeka istory sakhe ,Ngizwa ubuhlungu every time uma ibeka udaba lwayo
The guy is not taking accountability at all, he's pulling the victim card not realizing that whether he throw her or not he participated and should be punished equally
Thanks bra Themba for bringing one of my favorites smartest guy I've ever seen or lesson 2 Thank you Lord
Beautiful talent❤❤
Nangu lo mjita othandwa abantu nama Dimples amahle
we see them at workplaces labobantu that race, give them positions jerr askies Wandile
I have seen this guy before and he is great ! He is fearless , he is wise and he is Handsome ❤
Yeah from agender and network
Ngi mbona aseza le uzongbedela kwaa
Am sitting here ndifuna isigwebo sentambo sibuyo after this episode I reserve that Ngoba nama Jaji a corrupt 💔.
Yhoo, this thing gets tricky.
Quick question neh? So you mentioned that the legal aid lawyer was Indian and there was no way you would have him represent you right? Because of racial concerns? So if the victim was black, you wouldn't want another black person representing you?
This guy is powerful I have been whatching him every podcast
Powerful in doing what? You lack role models in your life and come tell us rubbish that a criminal is powerful.
That guy is teaching us a low ungamthathi kancinci forget about what he did
I concur, we need to know more about our legal rights.
Don't drive a car with intention to, kidnap, force victim to withdraw money and murder thereafter. Legal rights that you are keen to know will be irrelevant if you don't do the above.
Can't wait 🎉
Skeem bring this guy back he ddnt finish haibo yhis was 2 min interview❤
Yebo sicela part two
We need Sylvester Mofokeng.
Themba bhuti wami you too smart ❤❤❤bafo big up bhuti
Some if Amaphoyisa are not so smart.i agree with that.
When is Mbopha coming?
Eish that guy,i wonder how is he doing bandla ndike ndimcinge yazi
I can't wait for him kuthi abe la kwi podcast
Next week
Mbopha is in the building, being interviewed 4 next week podcast.
The brother is blaiming everyone for his deed.blaming the police, justice system,Bheki Cele etc.ibhayibheli lithi ukuhlanganyela nababi konakalisa ukuziphatha okuhle. How were the police supposed to prophesy when you disguised as somebody else?
Jozi to Durban in 3 hours is a lil too much salt to the story
When he told us about the 3hr Dbn to Jozi, he had a smile in his face, meaning that it thrills him.
Ebsuku not emini
Unenswebu kaMenzi Ngubane
Problem here you took her car exposing her to danger and death.
This guy was the fall guy n the cops were probably in on it with the gang n paid off. He is a snitch n they wanted him to pay for being a snitch to the planting of his id. N sadly he doesn't see it
How do these judges sleep at night 😮😢
Ah shame he is not a good story teller like me I mix the lines 😂❤
At 6:45 he said he was with wrong people which is somehow denying his guilt at 12:10 he slightly admits he committed a crime bottom line he is or was a thief
Dank Themba grootman
Who Skeem please bhut wam ngicela wenze i plan nge show iSizokuthola asomblief dawg ut needs someone like you not u Xolane he's full of jokes akashay ispan 100 like the previous X ulalela ama drug lots when they tell him ukuthi the're no drugs here utji ojay ahambe akashay ne research yakhe 100% amanye ama drug lord's manage to get away the show Sizokthola is not make sure ☝please dawg 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

@@MakhethaMathumba I Did I Don't Even Know How I Got To That Conclusion
Siyabonga bhudy ❤
Beautiful interview
Akesiyeke isingisi ayi cha
I hear the brother the problem he is not answering properly all the questions u a asking him and he doesn't finish his story and end up talking about something else mina nje angimizwa kahle ukuthi uthini ngoba akaphenduli kahle
How many platforms does this guy need to go to and say the same story over and over again before our authorities do something about what he went through which was definitely unlawful 😢
L love diz guy is back again tnx bhut...
I don't blame the police they might have thought the guy was there to observe if the by any chance the matter has reached the nearest police station which could be the reason why he went there hes just twisting the story , hes an excon a thief or thief use to be so he may be sweet at tongue
Minimising his role much.
He is!
❤❤❤this is for saxophone
Only interview edinga uparty 2
Eish! I believe this guy story that our justice system is rotten to the core... Its about who you know and how many hands you can grease to get things done.
I suspect that this guy turn to be a mastermind based on substantial evidence.
Themba please touch on the issue of elections with inmates aka your subjects, do inmates participate in voting from inside....because their affected by whichever government comes into power...why do prisoners suffer to get jobs , but they can canvas to become politicians and control big budgets
When he bites his lower lip😳
Can we please have subtitles
Wandile, has to own up to what he did, he was part of the group that nearly killed someone the law states that if you are part of a group that killed or injured someone you are as guilty as them.
Absolutely love Wandile😂😂😂
This guy thats truth
Hola Skeem...K1 for life
