But the second I heard this song I was seventeen again, sitting at a blinking red light in the middle of the night after just breaking up with my first love. So much more than a memory, a flashback, I could feel the cool night air and smell the interior of my old car. I’m there again, if only for those four minutes. Like the Cheshire Cat said when Alice asked him, “how long is forever?”, “Sometimes, just one second”. Take it all in kids, even the bad parts.
I discovered the 1975 a month ago with their song “Its not living” until I saw this at my yt feed then I played. It gives me chill. Proves that 1975 has a classic. 👌
