No sir if you not on fan , so its sound less, if fan on so slightly sound

Does ptc fan auto off because in my oil heater its get off after some time its problem or its okay i am really confused please reply and its the same 13 fin model Havells hestio

Same prob. It is turning on when pressing but staying off.

This is the auto cut off oil room heater, its thermostat working that's a reason its off after some time on, then auto re-start....
