Thanks, I have shown courage to Book this model after watching your videos Mr. Walia. Hope I will not repent for choosing Z8 Select Petrol Automatic.
Congratulations, I promise you will enjoy this monster a lot.
I like the way you describe things you cover almost all the aspects even minor one which other people jus ignores, It is great to hear actual reality from you that is what I like about this channel. You just unbox every single thing about scorpio N.
Thanks, no one did this before because company’s and paid TH-camrs only promote diesels and diesel is going to be killed in next few years so they do not want to promote petrol, I tell true things as I’m also a owner of the same
Sir, Your videos are very informative and interesting. Thank you
Thanks
Kya video bnayi h sir. Very informative
Thankyou so much.
Waiting for your next mileage video with premium petrol.
❤
Thanks for the encouragement, will get you soon that video
Thank you 😊
Let me know what else you would like to see
Nice video 👍🏻
Sir kya ye actual mileage hai, mere paas abhi scorpio classic hai, mujhe car change karni hai, lekin logo ke reviews ke accordingly mileage 5-6 kmpl hai ( in city ) is reason se Mai consider nahi kar pa raha hu, please clarify 🙏🏻
It depends upon your driving style and the nature of jams you put your car in, any car can give a mileage of even 2kmpl also if it’s just stagnant with AC on for hours in jam, so will recommend only petrol if your driving is fixed and less than 1000km /month or 12K km/year, for delhi, In this video you must have seen jams also but those were around 20% of the time not 80% and If I would have used the same from nehruplace to Gurgaon via ring road on weekdays the avg would have been less, so for weekend driving on less jams it is good but not for long drives over weekdays where car is just not movingly due to jams
Mileage shown in video is correct, I get 9 to 10 in city but I drive on weekends only in delhi
Diesel will give +4 ~5 extra
On highway petrol will give you around 13.5 or more
good efforts ❤
Thanks 😊
Scorpio N, just got updated yesterday without much of a price change,
with wireless charger & glossy black center console in z8,z8s,z8l all varient & Ventilated seats & auto IRVM's for Z8L, also midnight black colour is now in all 3 z8 models
Yes, read that yesterday, wireless charger can be installed separately also from the dealer, he offered at the same time when Mine was getting delivered
I bought one today Rs. 2000 from Mahindra , will create a short video, It's very cure and a perfect fit for my car, works well, no issues like heating, aircool not needed at all.
@@harpreet_singh_walia_youtube you bought what sir ?
@@black-x2741 wireless charger for my car
Able to extract 8.9 from AT is recommendable driving style.
This is fine, you can go upto 9.5 also if their is no stopage
I had really low expectations with this Petrol engine from Mahindra because 1- They have hardly any experience with petrol engines
2- Globally speaking they are not even a fraction of and don't have near as much budget as giants like Toyota and Hyundai even.
But this engine is a full on surprise to me, its performance and mileage both are worldclass, city mileage of 9 is near 10-11 which we get with Verna 1.5 Turbo, and this has atleast 30 percent more power and torque than that, is a much larger engine and is on a car that is atleast 500-700 kg heavier. All this proves the engine itself is state of the art! Now the highway mileage of 13.5 is on the lower side as compared to 18-20 of the Verna but then, aside from the differences stated before the lack of aerodynamic shape of the large SUV is hampering its performance, had it been in a lighter and more aerodynamic sedan package this engine too would have returned much better figures. And all this with torque converter AT transmission which is known to reduce efficiency. Mahindra has done a tremendous job with this engine and it truly is state of the art, no matter which way you look at it. 👌🏻
This is a beast of 2 ton with a very powerful engine we can get, mileage is acceptable to me and now since delhi NCR weather has changed, hence mileage would increase upto 1kmpl more, would share soon once I consume full tank, at the time when I was making video temperature was above 45 all the time, that had a major impact on mileage both for city and highway, since AC is very powerful it must have drawn a lot of fuel, let’s see now, also another factor is a driving efficiently, I’m making one detail video on driving so that people can try the same and save some fuel on this monster.
Thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏🤝
Welcome
Now mileage is better due to weather change, will share soon
Bhai ji zap mode m knha average degi zip mode m drive krni h
Petrol main these modes are not available, This is only in Diesel, Mine is Petrol AT, Their is not button for these modes. Meri Car 1,800 RPM main he chalti hai 90%
maine bhi book kiya hai z8 select deisel
Good to know, it will give you more average
Agar petrol 8/9 KMPL de rahi hai to diesel at least 12 degi in city
Yes, Petrol sa roughly 5+ rahati hai
Very disappointing mileage I get 13-14 in city with seltos petrol. 22 on highways. Dropped my decision to buy this white elephant.
This is as heavy as 2 ton with 2 lites engine suv, petrol gives less while diesel will give more, it is only for people who have less running.
This is a different segment it comes in SUV segment and seltos is a light weight compact SUV, hence will give more average
@@harpreet_singh_walia_youtube Yes, true, I guess for Indian roads Creta Seltos type cars are perfect, high ground clearance, good quality interiors, best service and of course mileage and maintenance free.
@@RahulJain-rv3bp true, high ground clearance is must and mileage, future is hybrid mainly. Cannot fully depend upon battery only
Same here imt petrol seltos getting 15 in city and 18-19 highways
DIESEL IS A BIG NO after BS6.
DPF issue is frustrating and thus a dealbreaker
If running is too high then diesel will be good in terms of fuel consumption and you save a lot over petrol, even if maintenance increases but you save a lot of fuel, mainly it’s for people who drive 100 or over per day, for them petrol will be extremely expensive, as an example petrol is good for Dr’s who have to only drive 10-30km daily to their clinic or hospital etc. in my example I have only weekends driving not weekdays, for weekends I use swift
Full laden 6 km per liter ki average ayegi. Telling this out of experience. Stick with diesel.
Petrol only recommended if driving is less than 1000km per month and you are in Delhi NCR
Ideally people drive to office alone for 22 days a month and with full family over weekends, recommend if driving is less than 1k/mth and you are in Delhi NCR
Diesel is a BIG NO after Bs6.
DPF issues are irritating and persistent.
DIESEL IS DEAD THANKS TO.BJP
@@harpreet_singh_walia_youtube yes it depends on personal affordability. I so much wanted xuv 700 but because of mileage scarce settled for the honda elevate.
@@abhisheksvarma Yes, correct, every one has a preference, If my driving would have been more, then Diesel or strong hybrid could have been my first preference, since I drive hardly 1,000 a month and on top of that 60% is being used for TH-cam, so my driving is really less so I won't care petrol, since April I have always found its lowest average have been 8.5 to 9 which I very good for me and on highway 13 works for me well. This is my secondary car my primary car is Swift petrol only. So these kind of monsters you only keep as a Secondary if you buy petrol
Walia sahab nice to see aapne b Scorpio n le li . I also buy but mine is diesal automatic with average of 14 in noida
14 in Diesal AT average is really good, petrol 15 years Reg and less < 1000km/month driving makes 9 average also looks fine to me. Their is a tradeoff, hence you have to select as per your needs. Enjoy your SUV!!!!
