My business is within walking distance from super micro. I can get in my car and drive to nvidia in 10 minutes and amd is also near by. Super micro, nvidia, and amd have CEOs from Taiwanese descent. They all have a very close relationship. This is why I think Super micro will not be giving up ground easily. Charlie the Ceo of Super micro runs a very tight ship. No Super fancy corporate HQ. He will make max $$$ for shareholders.

Man, $SMCI is basically an assembly company. Chinese companies can easily beat $SMCI if they can buy AI chips. Dell and HP will announce heavy investment on similar servers if they can get AI chips. The reason why $SMCI has the market share is because Charles can buy Nvidia Chips from Jenson Huang, others can't. Relationship is a moat too.
No one will buy servers from a chinese company due to security reasons. You never know what info the company is taking from you.

Could not help but shorted Thursday. Closed on Friday made 100% gain on my calls and 150% on puts. The biggest gain for 2023 and 2024 so far!. I definitely will not buy next week. FOMO climate top forming on Friday open…..patiently wait for my chance. If I miss it so be it.

Why are you looking at the weekly options? The monthly March expiration 600 put only has a $1 bid ask spread while the 3/22 put has a $3.5 spread

The moat of SMCI is quite vague, it just a solely data center or hardware company. NVIDA could set up a lot of data center like this but SMCI have to solely buy the GPUs chip from NVIDA!
Furthermore, the financial indicator could be cooked easily for small companies like this.
The moat is in nvda. Not smci. Other companies can also make racks.

There’s no moat. Many years ago we buy their servers and priced very cheaply but no tech advancements or anything. Like a large scale Sim Lim Square assembly line. Hardware has no prospects and will be back in the IBM days .

Selling cash sec puts is such a great way to build wealth, but you've got to have some money already, if your option expires in the money at 600$ you better have 60k in your account. I'm sure this isn't an issue for Adam, that's why it makes sense when they say :''making money when you already have money is far easier than making money when you're broke'' lol. Options are great, because you get paid simply to wait for something that most of the times might not happen (like the price drop under a certain level). Love it!

Can you have a look at US REITs? YTD the real estate sector is the worst performer sector in the S&P500 + they had a bad 2022 and 2023. Upcoming rates reduction could be an very good catalist. I know your opinion about the tax but if are hold in an tax advantage account maybe make sens to block divident yields higher then 5% for quality REITs as O, MAA, ADC or VICI. Thanks.
I believe Adam told several times, that he doesnt buy US REITS. Because foreigners cant avoid high taxes in REITS. ( Actually, It is suggestable to get a Roth IRA, if you live legally in the US to buy REITs and make the highest gains ).

Short squeeze drove it up, commodity company/business beyond this year. 48% growth rate going to fall to more sustained level in year 1-5. Fr to me around 400-500, to much hype now. They caught lightening in bottle this year. Like the analysis just can’t by into growth rate smells like 1999/2000. Ai is real but don’t think this is the place to place bets now. Would have been nice by 2 months ago.

It's a contract manufacturer with no moat it will fall sharply once things are shaky while other AI stocks such as meta and nvidia etc .. are having moat .

Yes ,I thought the same thing and made the mistake of not buying the stock , but now looking at this video and analysis , looks like other contract manufacturers don’t have the same capability. I will wait for nvidia’s results though , as there is no way this stock is going if Nvidia doesn’t rocket 🚀 up after results

Not a big fan. Seems like a old company that is well positioned, but will have challenges with aggressive competition. 'Super Micro Computer' sounds like a bad 1980's sci-fi movie. Personally I just look at this as a missed opportunity but thats ok. Congrats to those that got in before the takeoff or rode it most the way up.

SMCI will fall below $680 and then a small rally back before dropping slightly below $600 which will be the resistance level.
Normally a stock drops to it's base MA which is the 50MA. To shake off the "suckers", hedge funds will push the price close to the 90MA and then buy back in.
Gotta trigger those stop losses

Not only overvalued, tsla has no price power (dropped the price last year) to attract customers, compared to economic Moat companies like Aapl or Msft that can increase the price and customer still buy as they are trapped in companies eco system. Consumer buying also requires finance which is affected by inflation and interest rates. At least those were mentioned in his previous videos

Take a look at the management of this company before you invest. It is more of hype than a real technology leader or manufacturer. Just curious why don't you sell Put Ratio spread instead of cash secured put if you want to own the shares at your desired stock price?
With Put ratio spread you get better price then cash secured put also with put ratio spread you make money when stock goes down as well as fix upside profit no matters how high the stock goes up
