You change your jump button to a different button that you can press while keeping your thumbs on the stick, or learn how to play claw, or get an attachment for your controller that adds buttons to the back of it, or a buy a pro controller that comes with additional buttons on its back

@@mikeeysmind you can need to change your crouch setting to hold. It's on toggle by default. Switching it to hold means you need to press and hold the crouch button to stay crouched. It's not possible to bhop with it on toggle. Then it's very simple, you literally just slide jump then hold crouch the entire time while you press jump every time you hit the floor. On a flat surface you'll lose momentum though over time so to counteract that you need to air strafe every time you jump into the air. Air strafing is just holding your left stick left or right and turning your camera slowly but gradually in that same direction. Air strafing causes you to turn slightly while midair but the reason it's important while bunny hopping is because it also creates speed meaning that as you're losing speed while b-hopping you're creating it back from the air strafing and the speed loss from b-hopping and the speed gain from air strafing cancel each other out allowing you to maintain a constant speed while b-hopping. You can essentially b-hop forever once you combine it with air strafing
