I am struggling with a bout of major depression atm and honestly it is soo difficult just to shower or eat ( a year anniversary of my best friends death tomorrow , I was at the hairdressers when he died and haven't had my hair done since.. I am putting a rinse in tonight.. and a face mask). You really motivate me and uplift me to take care of myself! ( btw I got really, really bad perioral dermatitis with the stress on my body from major anxiety and I found ACV topically and orally was the most helpful thing for me!! ) Your house is gorgeous! I just have some unsolicited advice for you 🙃 try to get the baby’s room done asap I always tell people try to have everything ready by the time they are 6 months pregnant because the last few weeks of pregnancy you are in sloth mode! Most women are so tired, so big & lots have bad back pain from the belly. You really don’t want the added pressure of still having things to organise those last few weeks, it’s all about tv, massages & light walks to get the baby in position. I had my baby at 36 weeks & it was so good knowing everything was ready when he came home 🤱🏽 Wishing you guys all the very best can’t wait to see the little guy & so excited you are going to experience this amazing miracle of life Xoxoxoxox

I have a 4 month old baby girl and being able to refer back to The Wonder Weeks has really helped my husband and I really understand what she is going through. I have the app on my phone too so I can refer to it when I’m out and about if need be! Without it I would probably have started to think I was a terrible parent at times 🙈 I recommend it to absolutely everyone who has a baby and I’ll be buying it for all my friends when they get pregnant too. When I was 31 weeks pregnant, I could barely walk, couldn’t bend down and was in so much pain. EXHAUSTED. My belly was sooooo heavy and my pelvic bones felt like they were cracking and tugged apart. Lol my hubby was doing all the house chores. Idk how you’re doing so much being this pregnant! You go girl!

I got pubic symphysis dysfunction during pregnancy..! any split movement (lunges, etc) worsened it and I had pain for a while after pregnancy because I wasn't careful! I wish I had seen a specialist sooner. You are definitely doing the right thing by slowing things down!

I think the baby's name is Arrow. An arrow can point to bushes, it's also two syllables, and on a baby to do list a while ago at the top it said things to do for baby and had an little --> next to it.
