MSC Divina full ship tour

Embarkation/Debarkation: I waited outside for hours literally 3+ hours to get on the ship and MSC thought it was okay to just give $50 onboard credit as compensation. Debarkation was just as chaotic if not more.
Food: It was difficult to find seating in the buffet. I tried to sit down several times and was told there were people sitting there, leading to my food getting cold. Speaking of the food, it was subpar and flavorless.
I’ve been on a few and this one was disappointing, very disappointing for the money I paid. It’s a shame. I feel bad for the hard working staff this ship. I believe the problem the management if not corporate.

Please note that it was not MSC's fault. It was the cruise terminal issue with the internet connection.
