This man came out with more wisdom and common sense than I’ve heard out of Parliament in the last 25 years. It’s shameful this man cannot receive the help he needs.
It sounds like he has had help but doesn’t always make use of it. He has universal credit, millions of others on it are not seeking extra money on the street.
Sounds like a very intelligent man with a lot of sensible things to say such a shame you’re on the streets my friend I think if someone if gave you a chance even at your age now you would take it and grasp it and make something of yourself because you have definitely got what it takes. I have just retired recently from my roofing business. I employed several people working with me on site and I would have no hesitation to employ you my friend. By the way great Head of hair I’m jealous😊👍 God bless you and good luck to you in everything you do. I’ve got a feeling things are gonna turn for you in the right way❤.
Homeless does not necessarily mean low IQ and low standards as this man obviously proves. He has a wisdom about him that belies his social status as of this moment in time. He will probably never get to read our comments, which is a pity , but I wish him well and to know that he has a voice and one that’s worth listening too.
What idiot thinks that homeless= low IQ in the first place? There are many factors influencing a person’s position-start in life, mental health, addiction, opportunities ect. Ridiculous.
I think age concern should get in contact, he is 66 he cannot live like this another 10 years, ive know a guy who choose to be homeless until he was 67, he did keep clean and lived in a village, he now has a flat and works there is hope he spent 40 years living in sheds, and taken food and showers with local people helping out.
Tam, great bloke, very intelligent, interesting, well turned out, and verbally articulate, has all the qualities of a good youtuber that could and should earn money on this platform, rather than pass through it as a 'homeless' person. I would subscribe to his channel, and providing I like his politics etc., I'd be glad to donate. Well done Tam!, breath of fresh air mate!.
This is going to be a very unpopular recollection, I know, but I am old enough to remember when the average man in the street (as it were then, and pardon the pun!) rightly or wrongly viewed homeless people in general as a group (or vagabonds & beggars as they were called by ordinary people back then) as feckless and having brought about their own situation. It was a deeply held view. It's really interesting to see more than half a century later how attitudes and signposts to responsibility have changed. I suppose seeing and hearing individuals' stories told in their own words makes a big difference and stops people othering them as part of a faceless group.
I lived and worked in the UK for years, same address, taxes payed and can't have any benefits at all when I was made redundant. It's BS. Thanks God I hade some savings or I would have ended in the streets.
There are homeless people that however much concern and assistance is given they just always drift back to sleeping rough. Some cannot stand the solitary life in a room by themselves, at least on the street they are amongst others like themselves in night shelters.
This was sad to see. I knew Tam for years- lost contact when I left London. He's one of the good guys. Seems like he was hit with a few misfortunes in succession. He appears cheerful enough, but it must be tough.
Honestly...I Will help Tam...I looked for my friend on And off for 18 years....kids/life etc...but I was always looking for him...he saved an abused child from suicide...Me...Tim....so I never gave up trying to find this great Man ...thanks channel owner for messaging back...needed ur help...luckily i was close...now im good...im going to find him soon and help him as much as i can....x

And I reasonate with everything he said ! I’m also from Edinburgh and was a teenager in the seventies.

He is a very clever man, wish him well💝
Wonderful gentleman!!!!
Wow. I know this man. We used to be cycle couriers in noughties. Good man, really really good man. Bitter sweet experience watching this...
Our homeless should come first before migrants pray for you tam
Same old gammon response
What a down to earth man ,more sense coming from his mouth ,than all those who are trying to run our country ,
Yeah right
Pray for Tam.
Can you get a hold of Tam again?? His friends Tim and Ken wanna reconnect..

I absolutely agree!, I've noticed many 'homeless' people are usually intelligent, some under educated as intended.

What a nice fella
Billy Connolly springs to mind
This guy is more eloquent and wise than most folk i meet and i live in edinburgh
Tam you're awesome,Bless you Sir 😊❤

Must be exhausting for him, it's not just the physical conditions but the stress/poor mental health.
@@MissOrchid12 yes i think anyone homeless over 50 has a bad life, lets hope things improve for him.
I'm slightly older, totally agree with this gent....
Luv that man! Wish him well, peace and happiness

The feckless and beggars have gone nowhere. There were always diamonds in the rough.

Tam is a good person
This guy cud make a small fortune as a Billy Conelly lookalike 💯🙏🏻✌️🍻🇬🇧
I have heard more sense from this gentleman in thirteen minutes and 10 seconds than I have heard from any politician in thirteen years and ten months.
Aww bless him 😢
From my locality.
Hybrid Billy Connolly / Gandalf, even a bit Ali G in there, Ayeee.
Love this guy
Seems like a well grounded person. Bit of a character. Been there wore the t-shirt 👕
Well that woman on one of your videos said she cant get benefits because she has no address
She lied
You need a bank account, and for a bank account you need an address

You can see that he wouldn’t last too long in a hostel - far too intelligent !
Yes he is...been looking for him a long time now...
Charity workers can’t stand it when their recipients are more intelligent than them
I always wondered what happened to Dumbledore
I'm using my wife account....and I have been looking for Thomas/Tam Glasgow...
I wanna help my friend if I can find him etc ..
Hope you find him and your comment is seen x

Nice hair....how does he survive...in the cold weather....these people usually ...blame everyone for their problems.....
Wow, its Father Christmas!
Poor Santa only works one day a year, no wonder he's on the streets.
4:29 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
He's wrong about Pedo's, it was just swept under the rug back then
Albus Dumbledore after his stint in Azkaban
He has quality shoes and an expensive sheepskin jacket at least.
@@garyfletcher1910 he has better hair than The King, I think
What's the politics he talks about in the hostels?
Socialism, LGBTP, border erasure
tops
He would be a great double act with billy connelly
Billy Connolly is now homeless I see
Comedy gold
You're copying Invisible People and even using his question of 3 wishes. Come up with something different.
Os he wearing a wig
