Took the 2 front soulplate washers out. They fit perfect. Mount only UFS bolts for 24 hours then put the soulplate bolts back on. They ride perfect. Best thing about the skate is the soulplate/backslide groove.
People have been reporting that the factory stuck washers under the soulplate bolts in front, which was causing things to not be flush. When they took those bolts out and removed the washers that problem went away.
Dude the skates seem like they can be so good if you can make them work. I do think law saying the shells are moldable was genius. He hit the tinkering crowd right in the heart haha.
I hope the next run fixes all the weird bugs on the skate. I’m probably gonna wait until the third run to purchase unless I get a chance to try them on before buying.
Have you tried using an insole inside or under your Intuition liner? I personally cannot skate that liner without an insole. I guess all liners are kind of like that. I prefer mine inside the liner. Helps prevent that slippery scrunch feeling that can happen on the bottom of Intuitions.
I tried them with insoles and the skate is way to tight when I put them in. That's just using the thin stock Standard insole. In my thems I put FP insoles under neath them and it felt alright. Couldn't get them to work inside the boot. It feels too tight for a big insole.
Glad to hear the intuitions helped. I didn’t order the Omnis with liner and will be using my intuitions. Either the THEM or prime. Which ever works better
I bought these love the look, but man they're freaking tight on my feet. Need to try a few things, but might need to find another skate.. what type of tape did you use?
I am running Intuition premium liners too. The heal pressure (on both sides of the Achilles) is unbearably painful even with these. Glad I only bought the boots. Gonna go back to my aeons.
Heat molding worked for me1st time. Did it a second just to improve them a little more. Intuitions are perfect with them. And a number of people I know have had no issues with them straight out the box. I guess experiences will vary.
On the intuitions, the 44 premiums are WAY to thick for me versus the wizard 3m intuitions. I like my 3m versions best and even bought a second pair for later. Can't wait to try the new base high boots with high top 3m wizard liners. The only way I would get another pair of premium intuitions is for my daughter, but she's a size 9 and I'm a 44 (10.5).
Bought shell only threw in newish intuition liners and razor SL heel pads and they fit better than any of the other skates for me. Mostly due to 282 being the perfect shell size for my foot
I skated the standard skate with original liner and man what a bad anckle pressure. I know exactly what the feeling is. But after heat molding twice still pressure around the cuff exactly the where u pointed out on the cuff edge. But i dont have different liners so pfff
That's what I kept saying when I looked at pictures, the boot isn't actually flat. Like it's not a raised heel, but it definitely doesn't sit flat on a flat surface either.
You have to mount ufs bolts only for 24 hours then put the soulplate bolts back on. That will fix this. The factory didn't let all the parts cure all the way before putting the skates together. Easy fix and run 2 shouldn't have this issue
Thanks for subbing 🙏 What kind of skating do you plan to do? Aggressive Skating (grinds, tricks, etc) or something else like cruising, wizard skating etc
Thanks for answering my question. I want to get into aggressive skating. I've been subscribed to your videos for about a year now, you make great content. By the way, your latest videos look great. I like your upgrade.
@@denisbesedin9590 thanks so much. Welcome to aggressive Rollerblading! I'd reccomend either a USD Aeon 60, playlife reactor Skate or Them 909 skates. All of them are great, go with the one you like the look of most 🙏
Thank you so much Brandon for your advice, it means a lot to me. I like USD rollers, especially Mary Munoz models. By the way, she has a new model in yellow color, beautiful rollers. I will consider these brands, maybe also Roces. By the way Roces makes good rollers?
@@denisbesedin9590 yes Roces makes great skates. The Roces M12 has very small soulplates that can make grinds a little harder but if you're up for the challenge, they're a great quality Skate. One of my faves.
What do you think of my custom Omni setup? Good or too much.
I really like that rainbow chrome tape. Are you planning to change out the frames too or leave them stock?
I was gonna keep mine stock but after seeing that rainbow chrome tape I'm gonna have to consider trying it.
That stripe is Hella clean on the white boot. The laces are too much for me and I LOVE Ska.
So good I’m gonna copy it 😊

yeah he mentioned it in his previous video

Mine were comfy out the box!

The bowl skating with the selfie stick was fun to watch
I find blank liners surprisingly good for downsizing and general comfort. I prefer them over the Intuitions. Maybe try those if you have them...
I'm watching you skate while trying to work and waiting for my intuitions to come in for my omni and also my laced order! MUST. SKATE. CAN'T. FOCUS.
idk the stock liners are hands down the most comfortable liners ive worn (i have intuitions and myfits)
i feel the same, the skate is actually good but i didnt like the stock liners. i had to change to myFit

Same! Have you or anyone else reading tried FP insoles with intuitions? Currently using green super feet but they’re gettin old.
I don’t know how anyone skates then without insoles. I use custom molded ones made for my foot from a ski shop. Worth every penny.
I haven't tried FP insoles but have heard good things. I personally swear by Superfeet Hockey. I prefer the Comfort model over the Carbon.
😅 I skate Intuition's always without insole, works best for me 🤫

Might wanna get checked out for vertigo. Might be mild, there are some physical therapy exercises for it.
Great field report!
😅They look funky with this sidestrip.💪💪💪PS: Better enough toilets on a skatepark than too few.😉

Man I want to see you set up the Omni with the diridari’s.
Make those laces. I need them

Try turning your head first, before your body on the switch 180.

Will these liners work with the twister xt?

I wanted to like these. Nothing worked to get rid of the ankle pressure on mine. Ended up trading them away for more THEM skates

“I’ll try one royale… One!”
“Maybe two”
Does three.
😂😂😂
Some days be like that.

Should of hit a wallride on the portaloo after grinding the rail, that would of been cool as G
I think you got every trick first try. You got this 💪🏿
Damn, maybe next time 😂
I'll land it first try for you next time. Cheers for becoming a member too 🙏
Heel pain and horrible pressure points even after heat molding made these a no go for me!
How is that park always so empty
7:30am sessions 🔥No one shows up until like 10am.
Brandon, hello, your subscriber. Please advise which model of skates I should pay attention to as a beginner. Thank you.

Wax the outside of the intuition liner
What have you done to your knee?
Tore something skating out the door months ago. Hasn't been the same since. Heading back to the doctors next week, hopefully I find some answers
@@BrandonDrummond that sucks, hope you get it sorted out 👍
Yes
Sh!t happens, pun intended. Still a great video, let's hope you can heal up so as :)
👍🏾
i'll pass on the omnis
works fine for me , but i added my own frames wheels liner, Reign v3 liner and flt4s zero issues cant speak on the full setup out the box
Them or Standard, almost no difference😂
Hopefully I’m the only one but I can’t stand the oily color look in anything especially in anyone’s rollerblades… idkshits ugly
i change the liner to myfit crown chris farmer , but the stiffness of the cuff torn my liner 🥲
