I don’t think a lot of people can say for sure since it’s mostly fake flake as the authentic flake is a bit more expensive so it might not be easy to tell. Places are paying for what they think is the genuine product but this isn’t always the case

It is good, alot of people that don't like/eat alot of fish will still eat flake as it doesn't taste as fishy, it is a good fish to introduce to those who are timid about eating seafood!
