      Don’t go too hard you still got the time and don’t workout with weights yet you’re just 11 rn, just do the basic movements without weights trust me , until you’re 14

      Just keep doing farm work and eating A LOT. Once you hit 14 or 15 train hard

    Gloves increase the need for grip training, but understandable for some of these workouts. Great video. Love the idea

      paras tandon pull exercises mostly such as pullups, lifting heavy stuff , deadlifts , farmer walks etc... top 4 exercises

    Farmers who run small family outfits don't have the time or need to workout. All day long is a workout. This would be necessary to keep in shape if you owned a large farm with employees to do the grunt work but with small operations, just everyday life keeps you in shape.

      No matter ho tired and busy you are...1 hr a day is not that hard to manage.... i work in a farm ...12 hra a day and still manage to lift weights...no excuses
