Hi Jason! I love the vintage "girlie" items too! Added: Jason, you may know about this already, but I've used "Liver of Sulphur Extended Life Gel" on silver jewelry that has been over-cleaned. It turns silver black. I used it on a Native American bow guard bracelet that I bought for my husband. The previous owner polished the black background around the turquoise stones that gave it the shadow-box look. I put the black right back on by using this with a tiny brush. If you get it on the wrong place, you can polish the patina off again. It's wonderful stuff.
@vampyvintage3111 VAMPY!!!! THERE YOU ARE MY FRIEND! Thank you for the accurate information on the gel! I use old fashioned stinky liver of Sulphur dissolved in water with tiny brush....now I'm gonna go look up this gel! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!! Be well and in touch 🌈💖

This may be difficult to do a video about, but I would love to see a selection of jewelry that really really spoke to you and, in a sense of "found you." I've watched all your videos, and I know all of the pieces that you keep are special to you. When I am shopping, i only buy what truly speaks or yells out to me. It may sound strange, but I believe that jewelry has a soul, and it connects with ours.... Idk. I am a collector. Jewelry is a part of my life. I get emotional when I find things that I know, I know, should be a part of my family. I love you, never stop doing what you do!

You mentioned that someone commented on your pricing as being reasonable. Honestly Jason I am shocked by that. I love and learn a lot from your videos but one thing I am always thinking about is that your prices and price estimates are on the very high side. I am amazed that you are able to get such high prices. I typically think that your prices are at least 4 times what my guess would be. I realize you deal mostly with very high end and rare jewelry that does command high prices but I am thinking about the more common costume jewelry such as Trifari for example. I could ask your estimates and my jewelry would sit forever! I guess it might have something to do with building up a client base willing to pay good amounts. I wish I could get the prices you state but I am not so lucky. Please Dont get me wrong more power to you for that ability!!!
Thank you for your comment. I appreciate you watching and your honesty! However, It takes time, energy and dedication to build a following and understanding pricing! Also my channel is sharing my opinion! You could start a channel and discuss your opinion.... It's ironic because many other dealers falsely elevate their prices! I let other people indicate how reasonable my prices are.... there are so many factors when it comes to pricing. I don't have to defend myself but I will say I usually don't give much time or conversation to such comments due to being a successful seller for 28 years. Much love but I felt it necessary to reply.
@@jasonadams8633 Wow, I never said your prices were wrong. You are the expert, (even if you dont like that word)that is your job to evaluate and price Art and Jewelry etc and I respect that and I dont doubt for one second that you are correct. I watch your videos to learn as much as I can, but there are times when I am surprised at your estimates cause I cannot ever get that much, I wish I could. It is especially hard these days to get fair prices on Sterling for example. I see too many sellers on ebay pricing Sterling extremely low and it makes it difficult to even get a fair price. I did not intend for my comment to sound like you overpriced anything only that I am not able get the prices that you quote.
Ahhhh. I harken back to my days of LIVING in the thrift stores. I mean people thought I worked there I would stay for most of the day until 2pm because they stopped putting items out and go home and start again Mon-Fri. It was a good business but the competition started getting fierce but now? Yikes. These thrift stores here aren't as foolish as they used to be. They get the items for FREE and have the gaul to charge full RETAIL prices for items. How anyone can survive in this hyper thrift atmosphere I have no idea. I feel as though the deals aren't as easy to come by these days. What do you think? Is it easier back in the day or today?
I have to laugh at today's thrift store bloggers. If a 200 or 300 year old porcelain or piece of jewelry has any scratches or minimal damage, they toss it aside. Not realizing how rare a piece it could be and not taking the merits, even beauty of the piece, into consideration....🙄
