Well here’s another fact! Before they changed the name to pastel iris, it was Iris Purple when I bought it around Christmas and I’ve finally used it a couple of weeks ago. It was more blue then I wanted but also when I’m working out in the sun, it faded back to blonde or at least a very light bluish color after a week. Knowing that, last week I decided to use the last of Iris Purple just to get rid of it because it wasn’t my favorite purple b4 I used a very pigmented dark red color so I can keep it for a month.
I’m still trying to strip the blue from my hair after washing it with hot water and anti dandruff/clarifying shampoo for 6 weeks! It has faded , but only marginally.
I'm trying to strip my Nightshade and OMG its lasting power is amazing 😂 I actually brought Luna Tides because it lasts so well, most vivids don't survive my hyperhidrosis. Even using a clarifying shampoo every wash day I have a ton of purple in my med lengths.

I'm always freaking tight on budget, so this is GOLD for me so I don't spend the money I hardly save for dyeing my hair, and make a HUGE mistake with it. Can't wait for the next one, already subscribed 🥰 even when it's this kind of brand that I can't find I Mexico 🙈 If anytime it seems you run out of colors to try. I would LOVE to see if you tried previous colors, but in different bases. More dark blonds, light brown... Don't know, play more between levels 9 and 6 and see how that can change the result! I got a bottle of the purple amethyst but its DEFINITELY the pastel iris in the bottle!! This video confirms it for me- there is no pink tone at all, and it's matching the iris colour 100% this video has confirmed it for me without a doubt :( Im so annoyed!
One question, how can i keep the color? I buy Lunar Tides this week and i will ask my hair dresser to apply on my hair, but i want to keep the color the most time possible. Any tips for me to keep at home and for my hair dresser since we dont know the brand?
A warning; nightshade is a BEAUTIFUL color, one of my favorite purples ever, but it bleeds and runs on//stains EVERYTHING it touches. Lasted quite a while but it felt like the whole time it was vibrant , it was also running color off everywhere.
One question. What shampo do you use with Nightshade? I have that color in my hair but in some areas are coming out fast. Im using a shampoo with Keratin but i want to change for a color safe one but i dont know what will keep the color more vivid for longer time
@@Kagome1102 I was using the Hempz color preserving shampoo when I had it. I had the same exact experience! No matter how icy cold the water was, still bleeding. So odd!
@@AthenasKiss in some parte of my hair, the color the same that when i painted, but some other areas it just coming off. I try to contact this youtuber to find out what shampoo she use in this video, but nothing until now...😭

To avoid the patchiness - try applying it to damp hair and massaging the hair. That is what I do for semi-permanent dyes.

I love that the purple didn't fade with trying to wash it out. I was on the fence about trying this line, but this convinced me to try them!
