I’m currently building my own apartments and guest house. I do everything so fast with top speed anytime I go home. I never hand over to someone due to trust issues. I have brothers who can help but I give them less activities. I’m 90% complete now. My guy. It’s better you do everything yourself these days.

This guy trust people too much. My brother tried that to me and I went behind him to investigate. I found out and stopped the project immediately. It was my wife whom I married after all these problems came to complete the project.

Nowadays there are companies you can work with. Like we work with some people they are very professional. We do zoom meetings they have excel sheet show pictures what is done, pictures of the phases very professional. They are Ghanaians studied at tech and they also studied and lived abroad and whent back to ghana. So they know both ways. (We are based in Europe though)
I understand your situation but take heart and don't let this make you kill yourself or develop critical sickness. Life is more important than money and as long you have life you will recoup all you have lost and complete your project.

Hmmm. A relation of mine experienced the same thing.He nearly went mad. It's very difficult to trust nowadays. It's a systemic failure. There is no trust from the top to the bottom. Ghanaians please and please let's be truthful to each other .
The only mistake any Burger can make is asking a family member to do a project for you. Before you start a project, make sure 2 or 3 family members and an outsider know about it, that is how you can be safe.
If your brother messes up like this, just arrest him. We came to this world individually.
