No you showed how to make the stitch, and then all of a sudden it was already done and then you showed how to sew it together. You did not show how to do the crown.
You need to go back and watch your own video. I would love to make this hat, but I can’t make it if I don’t know how to do it.

@@Eaglelover427 Hi again. You need only repeat 4 rows that i showed. The crown is forming when you alternate rows where you crochet all stitches and where you leave 4 unworked stitches at the end. In Row 1 you do not work into the last 4 sts. Row 3 - you crochet all stitches. Row 5 again you do not crochet last 4 sts, Rows 8 - you will crochet all stitches. Here is a written instruction. You need to repeat 4 rows and you will see that crown will be formed itself. crochetbits.com/crochet-vintage-beanie-pattern/

Love this pattern but for some reason I have trouble crocheting through the back loop only especially if there is more than one consecutive row where crocheting through the back loop is required. It seems the stitch is too tight even though my tension is not.
Any helpful hints would be appreciated 😊

You can slow the video on settings. To 75 or even 50% slower. Etc. And pause the video when needed. 🌷🌷🌷
