In this video we’ll help you get started with your Polar Verity Sense using the Polar Flow mobile app.

Frustratingly, I couldn't seem to update my Verity Sense's firmware with the mobile app and I couldn't use the device or sync it or anything unless the firmware was updated; the device doesn't stay connected if it can't do its little update shindig. I just kept getting a basic error message saying the firmware couldn't be updated. Gonna try it from my PC instead which was recommended by the Polar support team.

Okay but I already have a polar watch synced. When I open the polar flow it doesnt detect this device but looks for watch I assume?

Thank you for the video, and I know it is obvious, but don't u think you should talk about how to turn the device itself on and off? You just skip that step, being thorough is good practice!

Good point! In section 1:36, it is quickly shown how to turn on the Verity Sense by pressing the button. I hope this helps!
