I'm 100% with you when it comes to keeping food frozen. Having fresh food is great, but not always realistic - it can go bad, we may not have time to cook and end up having unhealthy meals, etc. I'd rather not waste anything and get the remaining nutrients from my frozen foods 😅
Hi Sueddu. Missed cute Bebe in this one. First I'd like to say that frozen food keeps most of its nutrients. Some vitamins desappear when heated and most of them go away when boiled into water. That's why wok and steaming are great ways to cook vegetables. Some tips now. If you preheat you oven 100-150 Celsius while oiling your cutting boards, put them in, and switch it off, you'll allow olive oil to penetrate deep into the wood and keep them hydrated for longer. Also, if you want to boost cleaning power of NaHCO3, you might want to try and mix it with distilled white vinegar until they form a bubbling paste. It's great to remove soap and oil stains and it is the safest and enviromentally most friendly oven cleaner (but maybe you already know all this). And I wanted to address the most importan issue for last. I don't want to be misunderstood and offend is by far the last thing I intend. It's not safe to keep trash can next to already opened bottles, cutterly or the cutting board that you can use to cut raw vegetables for a salad. Same thing about cleaning products. It's considered a violation of food safety regulation for proffesional kitchens because of high risk of crossed contamination. I'd suggest you find a safer place at least for the bottles, boards and knifes. It's not safe to keep them there. Plus, they might absorb some odours too and become unpleasant to taste. Well, I think I've written enough for today. Waiting for to be Saturday again and watch a new video.
Thanks for pointing this out! It did occur to me as well that keeping the trash bin next to cookware etc. seemed unwise for hygiene reasons. But since she has no upper cabinets, I guess she's short of storage space 🤷♀️
Freezing fresh vegetables actually retains the nutritients compared to leaving them in the open. So don't listen to them. They are wrong. Keep freezing them :)
I liked the way you demonstrated the organization! Having drawers instead of cupboards is the Latest Design Trend, bc it's just simply more Practical! I really love the Minimalism Life Style you have! Clutter & Trend buying is Definately a Terrible Habit to get into! It's also a Nightmare when you have to move or if a Loved One dies & you have to do a Clear-out! You're forming GOOD Lifestyle Habits Now & will avoid being weighted down with unused & cluttering "Stuff"!!

전자레인지 같은 큰 가전이 없어서 가능한 것 같아용 :)
Freezing vegetables does not destroy nutrients, they might just diminish a bit over time. In fact, say you buy a bag of frozen vegetables and that same vegetable fresh, the frozen veggies are said to have more vitamins, because they were most likely frozen shortly after they came off of the land. And if you don’t eat your fresh veggies immediately or freeze them, they’ll lose vitamins over time faster. So freezing most of it immediately does not destroy nutrients.

I like your kitchen, so simple. I also freeze foods that could spoil otherwise, when there are leftovers or more of it bought. It lasts way longer. I would also suggest as some already wrote, that you don't keep trash and pans and condiments together. It's not safe. I'm sure you'll be able to find new place for either trash or pans and condiments.

I've never noticed before that you don't have an oven. That's the only thing in your kitchen I would personally miss.

I think she can use that fancy/expensive bread toaster for most oven/microwave uses that she would need. Its basically a mini combi oven which is a convection oven that also heats up water to create steam and raise the humidity to cook the food without drying it out. It is shockingly good at reviving stale breads.
I think she keeps the rice container in the fridge because it doesn’t have a seal.

블랙과 화이트를 정말 잘쓰시는거 같아요 전에 집리모델링보면서 다음에는 어떻게할것인가 다 적어놨는데
제가 생애 처음했던 리모델링이 망했어요 진짜로 맘에 드는게 없는.. 제가 상담한대로 된게 거이없는 ㅠ.ㅠ
부엌이 가장 맘에 듭니다 다시 리모델링할때 참고많이할거같아요
전 화이트를 별로 좋아하는편이 아니고 워낙 화이트로 해놓는분들이 많기도하고
근데 슛뚜님영상속 화이트는 다른색들과의 조화가 있어 좋아요
전 블랙과 카키를 좋아하는데 슛뚜님영상을 오랜시간 보다보니
화이트에 대해서 생각이 참 많이 바껴요

NEWS FLASH: that thing about frozen foods losing their nutritional value is an old wives tale. FROZEN, CANNED, and FRESH fruits and vegetables all have equal nutritional value. SO make vegetables a larger part of your diet in whatever form is easiest for you. 🤓

베이킹에는 관심이 없어서 빵은 다 사먹어요 😂 초코식빵은 아니고 일반 식빵인데 교토마블 자주 사 먹습니다!
나무 도마랑 칼자루 닦는 방법은 저도 찾아보니 진짜 좀 의견이 분분하더라고요. 식요기름 절대 안된다와 된다로 나뉜달까 ㅎ 근데 안된다파는 기억은 잘 안나는데 뭔가 전용 오일을 사서 쓰는데 전 그걸 찾아봐도 못찾겠어서 그냥 올리브오일로 닦았는데 괜찮더라고요. 근데 올리브 오일도 된다 안된다로 엄청 나뉘더라는 ㅋ
Love your minimalist kitchen, wall and drawers. Nice rubbish bin under the sink, but I'd would rather have food away from rubbish bin for hygiene.

I don't know how the water is where you live but we have pretty hard water. How do you keep your black faucet and sink from getting stained with lime? I would not keep the trash and pots and oils in the same place, I would rather have a rack for oils, spices etc on the wall.

수세미는 천연 수세미라고 검색하시면 많이 나올 거예요! 거의 대부분의 제로웨이스트 샵에서도 구매하실 수 있어요. 말린 천연 수세미를 물에 적시지 않고 납작하게 잘라서 비누 받침으로 사용하고, 조금 크게 잘라서 물에 풀어 수세미로 사용중입니다. 자세한 정보는 제 이전 영상에서도 확인 가능해요!

룽고 캡슐이라서 룽고로 내려요! 일반 에스프레소 캡슐로 샷 내리면 뜨거운 물을 추가해야해서용 :)

저도 인테리어 생각 중인데 혹시 냉장고가 젤 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으면 활짝 열지 못해서 불편하지는 않나요? 저도 딱 이 구조로 생각했다가 불편할까봐 다른 구조도 생각하고 있거든요.
그리고 서랍 안쪽 재질이 스텐레스인가요? 맞다면 어디껀지 알 수 있을까요? :)
