    Hope this flare ends soon and you get some relief!
    Sorry if this is not helpful- do you keep track of what might be triggering flares at all? I know barometric pressure sometimes does it for me (obviously I can't control that). I have noticed that sugar will send me into my longest flares. Also nightshade vegetables (especially tomatoes).

      I have so many triggers it’s crazy. The biggest one is change in temperature. The vibration from being in the car. Change in altitude. Leaning. Bending. Talking. Brushing my teeth. Showering. Sadly almost everything around me is a trigger. Yours are more specific with foods? I try really hard to stay away from tomatoes!
