went on this hike today wit my gf it was fun!!!!!! i love how the trail is well designed and lots of signs....plus we did the hike after it rained a few hours before so the waterfall looked extra cool..and the weather was mostly cloudy
Do you know if La brinca is still a jumping spot? I want to go soon but I’m not sure if it’s a bad time because of all the rain that could have filled the river
I went solo, I felt safe. just stay on the trail and don't go too late. Make sure ur tracking ur trail cause when I was getting back to the parking I was going on a different trail so looked at my Strava to see how to get back.
@@grandwanderer2358 there was cell service for me the whole hike, I have Verizon btw. There a wider trail the Mesa Trail then make a left on Teepee Trail. The trails are pretty well labeled. Lmk how it goes
@@hikeronatrail @Hiker On A Trail Did it on a weekday! I followed the path you took except for the Indian Cave. It was too hot at 9AM with temp over 80 degrees. Can't wait for your next hike.
I think when i went it was June, July. I usually go on IG , look it up by location and check recent pics. Calling the city wouldn't be a bad idea either
It’s a easy trail to find just drive until you reach the end of the Calabasas Rd. The trailhead is on the right side if you’re looking up the road or left if you’re driving down. It’s a 1 mile walk from the trailhead
Great job on the video thank you, this place looks awesome to check out
definitely, see u in the trails!
Much appreciated the parking tips especially. So thoughtful!
You got it! It is especially nice this time of year 👌

5:46 Hi! What’s wrong with the water? Why can’t we swim? I wasn’t able to read the sign. Thanks!
Some of the water comes from the storm drain
How long is the hike to the waterfall? Lol 🤔

Is it safe to hike solo for a female on a weekday? Great video hiking instructions!

@@hikeronatrail Thanks for responding. Is there cell service all for the whole duration of the hike? I plan to go early weekday morning.
