Yeah that would be incredible for this unit and the location... Butttt... The prices of units in the building START at $995k and this unit here is probably between $3-5million... Which is about what I would guess and still pretty good for NYC tbh

With that asking price in the hood, they need to remove the graffiti. Overall, the penthouse is a beauty.
