With the CPA being a privately funded arena, the current ticket prices are somewhat understandable for the organization to pay back the initial investment. What I don’t understand is the cost of concessions as you brought up. They need to balance the ticket prices with more lower cost food options.
This! When people insisted that public money not be used, I told them to think about what really means. Now those same folks are complaining about the prices, and I tell that that's what happens when it's privately funded. the investors want their money back as soon as possible.
