Love your new skillet Amy! I have two of the LC skillets and they are great. I use my 9" for Dutch babies and scrambled eggs. The 10.25" for potato hash. Yum!!
Yeah, unfortunately. My days of enjoying those are over, due to quadruple heart bypass last year (after a major heart attack.) But the burger sure does look good!
Amy that cast iron skillet is amazing! And your burger looks so delicious! I think I would like to buy this skillet. It looks really nice. I like the g!ossy texture so you don't have to season the skillet with oil to keep it from rusting. I think it is definitely worth the price. Thank you for sharing your video!!
Amy, PLEASE do a review of the Breville Paradice 9-cup food processor! I'm having decision paralysis between that and the Breville Paradice 16-cup food processor!
@@AmyLearnsToCookDevastating - how could you, Eric!? 😂 but I really do wish Breville would swoop in and save the day by giving you a complimentary one for demo!
Hi Dorothy! The lid that I have for my Cocotte is the 24 which is 9 3/8. It doesn't fit on the skillet. My other Staub Dutch oven is a 26 and it almost fits...but it sits just below the edge of the skillet. You might try to email their customer service to see if they know whether any of the lids fit on it.
None of the benefits of cooking with food contact with caste iron . I don’t understand why anyone would want that heavy pan with ceramic coating. It doesn’t season .

Lovely to see you cook and enjoy everything. If you make a few snips into the fat edge of the bacon it stops it curling when cooking
We're loving this 👏❤
Yummmm! Bacon, beef, cheese, onion, lettuce. Perfect. The thing's almost too big to stay upright!

Now there's is a heart bomb if I ever saw one.

This looks Amazing Amy! I may be making this for dinner very soon. How does this brand compare to Le Creuset? Great video!❤️

I was wondering how you were going to eat that ginormous 🍔. Definitely going to try hot honey on corn on the cob.
My cast iron pans are all old. They have the smooth machined bottoms, which I prefer.
I would hang on to them! They are the best!!
