Humachines: Symbiotic Hybrids

Science has found a solution to all of humanities problems. With new advances in technology, techno-mutation hybridized multispecies beings will become the norm on Earth leading to a fully planned cycling of endless growth and prosperity coupled with decay and collapse. The new humachines will become the Bioneers who seed DNA-based lifeforms into the rest of the galaxy.
