No idea why I slept on Heroic Verse. I finally got around to checking it out and maaaan, the interface and interface BGM is incredible. Great song list too!
It was a legendary feeling doing a data succession from Rootage. Especially with the Lightning cab. Topping something great with something also just as great if not better.
I feel Bistrover had a really good track list but just nowhere near as good as HV. CH is better than Bistrover UI but still not as good as HV. It will be missed.
to me it seemed like they focused a little more on sound design than on the actual BGM* for bistrover not to mention (my assumption) that covid did its number on the development of bistrover edir: I meant BGM, not OST lol. The OST lineup is very solid.

Shadow rebellion bgm sounds a bit more like DJ TOTTO to me
The system BGM(opening to card out) is maded by TAKA.It just like IIDX 24,the 水遁术.
IIDX 28's BGM sounds so lazy and boring compared to This lol. This makes me bob my head.

If you are referring to the purple frame parts on the song select bg videos, yes but not really. It's just solid grey underneath at the top.
