I'm uncertain about the future of LLMs as performance seems to be plateauing, and I don’t think AGI is achievable soon. However, in the image and video space, there’s growing demand for better GPUs. Right now, generating just 5 seconds of footage takes 30 seconds to a minute. Faster GPUs are crucial to improve models and content quality, which is why I’m still bullish on Nvidia. On top on that, researchers are developing “world models” to help AI understand the real world, which requires massive computing power to process videos and 3D mappings. The demand for GPUs could increase by at least 10x!
It is plateauing on pre-training only. We are just getting started with test time compute scaling. And companies are continuing to innovate on post-training. Also, the cost per query is way too high right now, so demand for more efficient inference architectures (Blackwell, Rubin) remains durable despite scaling laws.
I'm on board with everything you said. Geek vs Machine also said some good points. The only thing I would like to add is all the plateauing in pre-training is happening on Hopper. Maybe the ceiling gets broken on Blackwell.
Per recent convo from Jensen, $1 trillion worth of data center infrastructure needs to be modernized, so that's the opportunity we are talking about. 2. Currently, demand is outstripping suppply, isn't that awesome !! 3. Current revenues have 0% blackwell, so the fun hasn't started. yet.
The decline in trading in Nvidia suggests interest in it is waning. Forcing the share price up by the many through youtube has been going on already several weeks and it has not worked so far. Just ask yourself how different this one will be. The stock market has a mind of its own. I rather follow the market than anyone else. Thanks for the Chorus and music.
I don't think they are lying though AI is only just getting started, profit margins are huge and the rate of growth will not stop, they can barely keep up with demand
@johnjay2717 nvidia is best company on the market right now. If you compared its earnings and financial indicators against other companies you would see that. Facing a tough question but a good one, as an older investor I try to rebalance portfolio at end of the year with equal investments in each stock. However with the increase in NVIDIA (which is greater than basically passive stocks I own) I am considering keeping all shares of NVIDIA. I actually bought additional shares. I am thinking that NVIDIA should basically be out of equation as it such a great company. NVIDIA makes up 15% of the total portfolio versus the usual 5%.

Demand far exceeds production for Blackwell through to 2025 and beyond. No competitor has anything close to Blackwell. And forward P/E is about 33 (cheap for a high growth stock). The next stage of their appreciation is share buybacks. NVDA produces a ton of Free Cash Flow. If they only used 50% of their FCF to do buybacks that would have the effect of mitigating dilution relating to share based compensation and additionally reducing the share count which is share price accretive even when EPS remains the same. And we are a long way from EPS remaining static. Thats why I dont sweat over growth rates. Good luck to all.
7:06 No, two dies means higher yield as the same chip as a monolithic design would have a higher chance of a manufacturing defect. This is the whole reason AMD went to the chiplets design with Ryzen. It also lets them build the CPU on the most advanced node for performance but use an older node for the IO die to save on production costs for parts that don't benefit from being on the bleeding edge. Yes the packaging is now more complex and more expensive but this is more than offset by the increased yields

I’m sitting on just over 3k shares, but honestly looking for an exit soon. I love nvidia as a company, but I don’t buy into the AI hype. I think we are nearing the peak of the garner hype cycle. When that crash hits, nvidia bubble will pop. They’ll be fine as a company, and probably won’t pop that bad, but I’d much rather roll my profits into that dip. Up 1200%, don’t want to risk that gain.
AI has just started, I use it every day. More exciting things are coming with it. NVDA is a huge part of it, so I don't see its share price drop on fundamentals, of course short period swing can always happen.
Great video. The question that goes unanswered is what are the dependencies Nvidia has to supply chain and what percentage of these companies capabilities are being consumed by Nvidia? Do you see this as a limiting factor for Nvidia? Thanks again for your insight and great analysis.
I'm convinced Wall Street doesn't understand the semiconductor sector in general. It's crazy how sold off that sector has been the last half of 2024. AMD and Micron, to name a few. The wheel allowed man to explore the world. Semiconductors will allow man to explore the universe.
They are and they have products just as good or better than Nvidia . But Nvidia gets all the press. And there's other players in this space . This guy is a Nvidia shill there's no way that Nvidia can keep over charging for GPU's while other companies are making better products.
Im bullish nvda, buy as much as i can every chance i get. EXPECTATIONS ABSOLUTELY NEED TO BE LOWERED. Nvda stock can't make BiG gains if expectations are so HiGH, the market is never satisfied with unrealistic expectations.
That the AI Market will 10x in the next 5 years is already priced in for Nividia stock. If this expectation is to low than there is growing potential. The software side and adaptation will become the next big thing.
What about the risk that clients will design their own chips, like TSLA is doing? And google, Microsoft etc as well? Not véry hard to do imo.. which makes nvda a risk.. Any thought?
@GeoffDUB10 exactly i heard that TESLA ordered 100,000 Nvidia chips for its humongous data centers for xAI..Nvidia has two more chips after Blackwell coming in 2026 and 2027..so I'm not worried...I hope they find enough solid production companies to maintain the "insane" demand level

Totally agree
Good. Need more bag holders at the top 😅
Why Warren Buffett not buying NVDA?
I bought Nvidia back in january. I just don't see me buying any more now.
cuz its overpriced and fraud laced

I believe in Nvidia. I love how Huang is changing the shape of the future. I honestly believe people just dont understand what is happening because it's happening so fast!!! People dont believe a company can make so much money, but it's happening. This is all unprecedented, and what's happening is blowing our minds. Just buy the shares, hold them long term and wait for the gains to increase as the world changes around you. NVDA TO THE NEXT GALAXY🚀🚀🚀🚀
Thank you for this excellent analysis of Nvidia.
No. Not 2025.
Monday November 25, 2024. What is nvda worth.
Exactly 💯 I'm looking to purchase call options on Mon. 11/25 how's NVDA looking for call options on Mon. 11/25?
😂
We aren't getting an answer
@@jdu2580 🤣
@@jdu2580 rhe call options are cheap compared to what the were before the earnings report. The ppl in power move the stock which ever way the want. Part of what the do is sell options and then sweep the stock back and forth wipping out the value of options. So I can't advise. I've traded from 100 to thousands of options. And with my experience they can still wipe me out and they have. Same with stocks. That's what's going on now with NAVDA
Ai isn't useless, it just doesn't pay off at the moment. For example, the Autocado that delicately cuts and sorts avocados instead of a worker, costs like a hundred salaries. It's a matter of years in the very near future until it will pay off. Anyone who studied history knows no new technology had ever disappeared.
Thank you, my friend for a great education.
Thanks for watching!
I’m glad it’s misunderstood at how influential they’re going to be in the future of almost everything we know today so I can load up more in the meantime.
GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS!!!
I'd prefer to be fearful while others are greedy.
Thanks for info.
Question should I sell my Bitcoin I’m buying Nivida
I lost half of my money in nvidia stock since 2021....buying high selling low (did ten cycles), I have no idea how this keep happening. Again bought high this month and holding, I know I will end up selling low. damn..
@@YashapalSingh-o1g I did the same in 2021 too, maybe don't sell this time ?
@@davidlim1724 I have told myself same last time and on August 5th the stock went down to 90s and sold...I am afraid this will go down to 110 or below within a month...Every time I tell myself I will not buy anymore and buy again...The funny thing is I made money on intel and holding it...When I hold it does not move at all and the day I sell it will skyrocket and I will wait wait and end up buy high... I was holding in 2021 and 2022 from 330s to 110s...

Keep it against the grain unless fundamentals change and funanciala go south
Do you think the upcoming tariffs with China will have a major negative impact?
It’s possible that the fundamentally new chip that replaces NVIDIA will be a quantum computer, but it is still a long way off.
Nvidia is working on a chip for quantum so the quantum company that replaces Nvidia could be Nvidia.
Alex, any chance for a video on quantum computing??
I’m sitting on just over 3k shares, but honestly looking for an exit soon. I love nvidia as a company, but I don’t buy into the AI hype. I think we are nearing the peak of the garner hype cycle. When that crash hits, nvidia bubble will pop. They’ll be fine as a company, and probably won’t pop that bad, but I’d much rather roll my profits into that dip. Up 1200%, don’t want to risk that gain.
I like your thinking buy when it is all time high then sell when it drops
You have it backwards.
WHy everyone are now recommend step< what are the uses? I there anything new to do with it?
Pulling out 35k from my 401k tomorrow to invest in Nvidia!!!!
I got like 120 share idk if I should buy more
Same here
AI has just started, I use it every day. More exciting things are coming with it. NVDA is a huge part of it, so I don't see its share price drop on fundamentals, of course short period swing can always happen.
Right on Alex !
It's not going to be a straight line going upward. There will be volatility and set backs, Long term this is a winner and may even be higher than 4T.
It is a bubble that will burst so good luck.

Where did you get these animations?
Great video. The question that goes unanswered is what are the dependencies Nvidia has to supply chain and what percentage of these companies capabilities are being consumed by Nvidia? Do you see this as a limiting factor for Nvidia? Thanks again for your insight and great analysis.
I'm convinced Wall Street doesn't understand the semiconductor sector in general. It's crazy how sold off that sector has been the last half of 2024. AMD and Micron, to name a few. The wheel allowed man to explore the world. Semiconductors will allow man to explore the universe.
Would AMD compete head-to-head with NVIDIA?
They are and they have products just as good or better than Nvidia . But Nvidia gets all the press. And there's other players in this space . This guy is a Nvidia shill there's no way that Nvidia can keep over charging for GPU's while other companies are making better products.
NO. CUDA is an NVIDIA only platform. AMD does not support CUDA. AMD can not compete is any meaningful way for some years.
@@intothebeyond8763 I disagree.
@@intothebeyond8763 if amd is better, how do they only make 11 percent profit?
They try ... bless their little hearts.
If data centers are constantly updating their chips, what do they do with the old one's? Resale market???
Im bullish nvda, buy as much as i can every chance i get. EXPECTATIONS ABSOLUTELY NEED TO BE LOWERED. Nvda stock can't make BiG gains if expectations are so HiGH, the market is never satisfied with unrealistic expectations.
Thanks bro🎉
Videos great!
Glad you like them!
how much do you think the stock will be in 5 years
Great job as always!!!!
What is the current price to earnings ratio?
Fantastic video and content. Thank you so much! 👏👏👏
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you❤ Also any chance you can do a video on quantum computing stocks?
I haven't bought any shares but i will !
Any thought?
seems like they are 15 years ahead and those guys were begging for their chips
@GeoffDUB10 exactly i heard that TESLA ordered 100,000 Nvidia chips for its humongous data centers for xAI..Nvidia has two more chips after Blackwell coming in 2026 and 2027..so I'm not worried...I hope they find enough solid production companies to maintain the "insane" demand level
😂
I’m not Alex but my thoughts are like Jensen said, everyone can try- doesn’t mean they will be as successful in what their GPUs can do. I think he suggested that the inferencing is the hardest part for these companies to replicate.
Clients would have to had started yeeears ago and have the supplier network that Jensen/NVIDIA has built/nurtured up until now, let alone the capital
What prices are you buying more

So, if you're predicting an increased market cap to 4trillion (up from 3.5 currently), wouldn't that only imply 15% growth in share price for 2025? Am I missing something here? Because that isn't much more than the average for S&P
